Claims (15)
- 血管内の血液の血球数パラメータを検出する検出装置であって、
第1周波数の第1伝送信号及び第2周波数の第2伝送信号が前記血管内で注入するように構成される伝送器(101);
前記第1周波数による第1受信信号、前記第2周波数による第2受信信号を受信するように構成される受信器(105);
前記第1伝送信号及び前記第1周波数における前記第1受信信号に基づき第1損失変数を同定し、前記第2伝送信号及び前記第2周波数における前記第2受信信号に基づき第2損失変数を同定するよう構成される損失検出器(107);及び
第1基準損失変数に対する前記第1損失変数の第1周波数シフトを同定し、第2基準損失変数に対する前記第2損失変数の第2周波数シフトを同定し、前記第1周波数シフト及び前記第2周波数シフトに基づき前記血球数パラメータを同定するよう構成されるプロセッサ(109);
を含む、検出装置。 - 前記第1基準損失変数及び前記第2基準損失変数を提供する記憶媒体(111)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の検出装置。
- 前記第1損失変数は前記第1周波数の血液成分含有水溶液の吸収線であり、前記第2損失変数は前記第2周波数の前記水溶液の吸収線である、請求項1に記載の検出装置。
- 前記第1損失変数及び前記第2損失変数は、血液成分含有水溶液の前記吸収の周波数依存性プロファイルを定め、前記第1基準変数及び前記第2基準変数は、基準濃度の前記血液成分含有水溶液の前記吸収の周波数依存性のプロファイルを定める、請求項1又は2に記載の検出装置。
- 前記第1損失変数は前記第1周波数を含む第1周波数範囲の吸収極小又は吸収極大であり、前記第2損失変数は前記第2周波数を含む第2周波数範囲の吸収極小又は吸収極大である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。
- 前記血球数パラメータは、特にグルコース等の糖又は乳酸塩若しくは乳酸又は酸素である前記血液中の1の血液成分の濃度である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。
- 前記第1周波数及び前記第2周波数が各々1〜15GHzの範囲の周波数である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。
- 前記損失検出器(107)は、2ポート測定を用いて前記第1損失変数及び前記第2損失変数を同定するよう構成される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。
- 前記損失検出器(107)は、ネットワーク分析器又はパワー検出器を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。
- 前記損失検出器(107)は、前記第1損失変数及び前記第2損失変数を同定するために各々前方伝送係数S21及び入力反射係数S11を同定するよう構成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。
- 前記損失検出器(107)は、以下の式:

に基づき各々前記第1損失変数及び前記第2損失変数を同定するよう構成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。 - 前記第1伝送信号又は前記第2伝送信号を注入する前記伝送器(101)は、少なくとも1つの伝送アンテナ、特にダイポールアンテナ又はフレームアンテナを含み、前記第1受信信号及び前記第2受信信号を受信する前記受信器(105)は、少なくとも1つの受信アンテナ、特にダイポールアンテナ、フレームアンテナ、又はパッチアンテナを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。
- 前記伝送器(101)は、あるモード又は波の種類として、特に横電気(TE)波又は横磁気(TM)波又は横電磁(TEM)波として、特に前記血管の流れ又は血流方向に対して縦方向又は横方向に、前記第1伝送信号又は前記第2伝送信号を前記血管に注入するよう構成される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。
- 前記伝送器(101)は、特に伝送信号生成器(1101)又は同調発振器(1101)を用いて連続的に、又は前記第1伝送信号及び前記第2伝送信号を含む広帯域信号を用いて同時に、前記第1伝送信号及び前記第2伝送信号を前記血管に注入するよう構成される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の検出装置。
- 血管内血液の血球数パラメータを検出する方法であって、以下の工程:
第1周波数の第1伝送信号を前記血管に注入する工程(1501);
第2周波数の第2伝送信号を前記血管に注入する工程(1503);
前記第1周波数の第1受信信号を受信する工程(1505);
前記第2周波数の第2受信信号を受信する工程(1507);
前記第1伝送信号及び前記第1周波数の前記第1受信信号に基づき第1損失変数を測定する工程(1509);
前記第2伝送信号及び前記第2周波数における前記第2受信信号に基づき第2損失変数を測定する工程(1511);
第1基準損失変数に対する前記第1損失変数の第1周波数シフトを同定する工程(1513);
第2基準損失変数に対する前記第2損失変数の第2周波数シフトを同定する工程(1515);
前記第1周波数シフト及び前記第2周波数シフトに基づき前記血球数パラメータを同定する工程(1517);
を含む、方法。
