Abstract
Dispositivo de registro para registrar un parámetro de hemograma de sangre en un vaso sanguíneo con: un emisor (101) que está configurado para acoplar al vaso sanguíneo una primera señal de emisión con una primera frecuencia y una segunda señal de emisión con una segunda frecuencia; un receptor (105) que está configurado para recibir una primera señal de recepción a la primera frecuencia y una segunda señal de recepción a la segunda frecuencia; y un detector de pérdidas (107) que está configurado para: determinar una primera magnitud de pérdida basándose en la primera señal de emisión y la primera señal de recepción a la primera frecuencia; y determinar una segunda magnitud de pérdida basándose en la segunda señal de emisión y la segunda señal de recepción a la segunda frecuencia; así como un procesador (109) que está caracterizado por que está configurado para: determinar un primer cambio de frecuencia de la primera magnitud de pérdida en relación con una primera magnitud de pérdida de referencia; determinar un segundo cambio de frecuencia de la segunda magnitud de pérdida en relación con una segunda magnitud de pérdida de referencia; y para determinar el parámetro de hemograma basándose en el primer cambio de frecuencia y el segundo cambio de frecuencia.
