Abstract
Dispositivo de registro (100) para registrar un parámetro de hemograma de un componente sanguíneo de la sangre en un vaso sanguíneo (103) con: un emisor (101) que está configurado para acoplar al vaso sanguíneo una primera señal de emisión con una primera frecuencia y una segunda señal de emisión con una segunda frecuencia; un receptor (105) que está configurado para recibir una primera señal de recepción a la primera frecuencia y una segunda señal de recepción a la segunda frecuencia; un detector de pérdidas (107) que está configurado para: calcular una primera magnitud de pérdida basándose en la primera señal de emisión y la primera señal de recepción y calcular una segunda magnitud de pérdida basándose en la segunda señal de emisión y la segunda señal de recepción y caracterizado por que el dispositivo de registro (100) contiene además: un procesador (109) que está configurado para determinar una constante del tiempo de relajación (<META HTTP-EQUIV>="content-type" CONTENT>="text/html;charset>=utf-8"> Γ) del componente sanguíneo basándose en la siguiente fórmula: donde fA indica la frecuencia con la mayor magnitud de pérdida.
