Abstract

Dispositivo para registrar un parámetro de hemograma en un vaso sanguíneo, con: un transmis 5 or (101) con una serie de antenas emisoras (203) para enviar una señal; un receptor (105) con una serie de antenas receptoras (207) para recibir al menos una señal; un procesador (109) diseñado para seleccionar una primera configuración de registro - que comprende una antena de la serie de antenas emisoras (203) y una antena de la serie de antenas receptoras (207) - y una segunda configuración de registro - que comprende una antena de la serie de antenas emisoras (203) y una antena de la serie de antenas receptoras (207); un detector de pérdidas (107) diseñado para determinar un primer valor de pérdida, basado en la señal emitida y en una señal recibida al seleccionar la primera configuración de registro para transmitir una señal, y un segundo valor de pérdida, basado en la señal emitida y en una señal recibida al seleccionar la segunda configuración de registro para transmitir una señal, de modo que el procesador está diseñado para seleccionar la configuración de registro con el menor valor de pérdida, a fin de medir el parámetro de hemograma.
