Abstract
Description
過酸化水素は、多くの適用領域において広く知られている。過酸化水素は、例えば、酸化剤、漂白剤として、又は消毒及び殺菌のために工業的な適用で、又は医薬分野においても使用される。さらに、過酸化水素は、農業又は他の生物学的適用において、例えば酸素濃縮のために使用される。
本発明の主題は、過酸化水素含有ガス取り込みのための試料室と、過酸化水素選択的な比色検出試薬と、さらに、前記検出試薬の照射のための少なくとも1の照射源及び前記比色検出試薬の少なくとも1の光学的特性の検出のための少なくとも1の検出器とを含み、前記試料室は前記過酸化水素選択的な比色検出試薬と流体接続している、過酸化水素検出装置である。
Claims (10)
- 過酸化水素含有ガス取り込みのための試料室(12)と、過酸化水素選択的な比色検出試薬(28)と、さらに、前記検出試薬(28)の照射のための少なくとも1の照射源(32)及び前記比色検出試薬の少なくとも1の光学的特性の検出のための少なくとも1の検出器(34)とを含み、前記試料室(12)は前記過酸化水素選択的な比色検出試薬(28)と流体接続している、過酸化水素検出装置。
- 前記少なくとも1の照射源(32)がUV/Vis照射源として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1の照射源(32)が、発光ダイオードとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の装置。
- 前記少なくともの検出器(34)が、フォトダイオードとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記検出試薬(28)が、金属有機錯体化合物又は無機錯体化合物、例えばチタン(IV)錯体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記検出試薬(28)が、多孔質の有機マトリックス又は無機マトリックス(30)中に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 光導体を備えており、前記光導体は照射源(32)によって放出された放射線がその中に導通されるように配置され、かつ、前記光導体は放出された放射線によって照射可能であるように前記比色検出試薬(28)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記試料室(12)がガス入口(14)並びにガス出口(16)を有し、前記ガス入口(14)中並びに前記ガス出口(16)中にバルブ(18)、(20)が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- − 過酸化水素含有ガスを試料室(12)中へと導入して、前記過酸化水素含有ガスを過酸化水素選択的な比色検出試薬(28)と接触させる工程、
− 前記検出試薬(28)を所定の波長の放射線で照射する工程、
− 前記比色検出試薬の少なくとも1の光学的特性を検出する工程
を含む過酸化水素検出方法。 - 前記検出試薬(28)を200nm以上、800nm以下の範囲内の波長で照射することを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
