Claims (10)
- バルブ開口部(14)が構成されたバルブ着座部(12)と、前記バルブ開口部(14)を選択的に開閉するために前記バルブ着座部(12)の上に配置されたバルブ閉止体(20)とを有するバルブ(10)、特に流体を送出するための油圧ピストンポンプの排出バルブ(10)において、
前記バルブ閉止体(20)は前記バルブ開口部(14)が閉じた状態のときに前記バルブ着座部(12)とともにシール着座部(34)を形成するシールビード(30)を含んでいることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 前記シールビード(30)はシールエッジとして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルブ(10)。
- 前記シールビード(30)は弾性的に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバルブ(10)。
- 前記バルブ閉止体(20)と前記シールビード(30)は一体的に構成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(10)。
- 前記バルブ閉止体(20)は前記バルブ着座部(12)に対して相対的な前記バルブ閉止体(20)の案内のために前記バルブ開口部(14)の中に延びる案内手段(36)を含んでいることを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(10)。
- 前記バルブ(10)は前記バルブ(10)の流出側(18)に復帰手段(22)を含んでおり、該復帰手段は前記バルブ閉止体(20)を前記バルブ着座部(12)に向かって押圧する復帰力で前記バルブ閉止体(20)を付勢することを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(10)。
- 前記バルブ閉止体(20)はプレート状または球冠状に構成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(10)。
- 前記案内手段(36)は、流体を誘導する少なくとも1つの切欠き(42)と、前記バルブ閉止体(20)を案内するために前記バルブ開口部(14)の内側壁部(44)に当接する少なくとも1つの領域(46)とを有していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバルブ(10)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(10)を有している油圧ピストンポンプ。
- 請求項9に記載の油圧ピストンポンプを有している車両ブレーキシステム。
