Claims (6)
- 樹脂路(10a)を形成したマニホールド、及びその一側に連結されて樹脂の供給を受けて金型のキャビティ側に案内し、外周面にヒータが巻線されたノズル、また、油・空圧やモータを利用して昇降する昇降要素を具備する駆動手段からなる射出成形機用のホットランナーバルブ装置において、
前記ノズル(20)は、中心に設置孔(21a)が貫通形成され、下側には、設置孔(21a)に対して減少した直径を有する出入孔(22)が形成されたボディー(21)を具備し、
前記設置孔(21a)に一端がスライド挟み込まれ、一側が昇降要素に連結されて連動することによって、上昇移動時には下端部が前記ノズル(20)の内側に位置し、下降時には下面が金型に接触され、上端部は樹脂が供給されるように樹脂路(10a)に連結され、下端部は供給された樹脂が金型のキャビティに注入されることができるように、前記出入孔(22)を通過して出没する流動制御チップが形成された昇降ピン(30)を含んで構成されることを特徴とする射出成形機用のホットランナーバルブ装置。 - 前記昇降ピン(30)は、その中心にマニホールド(10)に連結される樹脂流路(31a)が形成され、前記流動制御チップ(32)は、その中心に樹脂流路(31a)と連結する取出路(32h)が貫通形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形機用のホットランナーバルブ装置。
- 前記昇降ピン(30)は、その中心にマニホールド(10)に連結される樹脂流路(31a)が形成され、前記流動制御チップ(32’)が連結される部分で2〜6個のサイド取出路(32sh’)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形機用のホットランナーバルブ装置。
- 前記駆動手段(40)は、外部から高圧の空気を供給及び排出するためのエアチャンネル(41a、41b)が形成されたシリンダーハウジング(41)と、前記シリンダーハウジング(41)の内部に具備され、前記エアチャンネル(41a、41b)を通じて選択的に流入される高圧の空気によって昇降する要素であるピストン(33)とであり、
前記昇降ピン(30)は、昇降時に位置干渉されない外側一端部が前記ピストン(33)の内側に一体で連結されて連動構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形機用のホットランナーバルブ装置。 - 前記駆動手段(40)は、上部一側に前記マニホールド(10)の樹脂路(10a)と連結され、その内部に昇降ピン(30)の上端部がスライド挿入されるブッシング(42)を含んで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の射出成形機用のホットランナーバルブ装置。
- 前記ボディー(21)は、その下面が金型と熱遮断間隙(g)を形成するように具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の射出成形機用のホットランナーバルブ装置。
