Claims (14)
- 船殻であって、船(1)の進路または推進方向の角セクター(angular sector)内で船(1)の推進力を生み出す空気力学的揚力を相対風により発生させるよう、水線上の船殻の実質的部分が、本質的に、船殻の中心線(S)に関して対称形のNACA翼型の空中翼(aerofoil)の一区画として設計されており、かつ空中翼区画(2)の前縁(3)が船(1)の前方向を向いており、空気力学的揚力が水線下で発生する流体力学的揚力によって均衡を保たれており、かつ空中翼区画(2)が、空中翼区画(2)の表面から空中翼区画の外周の実質的部分に、特に空中翼区画(2)の前縁(3)および側面に沿って、ある角度をなして突出している水線上の上方(5)面により区切られていることを特徴とする、船殻。
- NACA翼がNACA 16-018型であり、空中翼区画(2)の後縁(4)が空中翼区画(2)の翼弦長の95%で切り抜き(cut off)されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の船殻。
- 空中翼区画(2)が、空中翼区画(2)の表面から空中翼区画の外周の実質的部分に、特に空中翼区画(2)の前縁(3)および側面に沿って、ある角度をなして突出している水線上の下方(6)面により区切られていることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項記載の船殻。
- 前記角度が90°またはそれ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の船殻。
- 流体力学的揚力を、水線下に配置された複数の水中翼(hydrofoil)(7)によって発生させることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項記載の船殻。
- 4枚の水中翼(7)が、船殻の中心線(S)に対してかつ船(1)の水中船殻部の重心に対して対称的に配置され、該重心が船(1)の回転中心を構成していることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の船殻。
- 2枚の水中翼(7)が、船殻の中心線に対してかつ船(1)の水中船殻部の重心に対称的に配置され、該重心が船(1)の回転中心を構成していることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の船殻。
- 水中翼(7)が、船殻の中心線(S)を通る垂直面に対して船殻の中心側に約45°下向きかつ内向きとなる角度で配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6または7記載の船殻。
- 船(1)の水上船殻部の重心が、船殻の中心線(S)に対して直角の線上の、船(1)の回転中心の真上に位置することを特徴とする、請求項6または7記載の船殻。
- 水中翼(7)の総投影面積が、船殻の縦方向において、空中翼区画(2)の投影面積の約5%を構成していることを特徴とする、請求項5〜9のいずれか一項記載の船殻。
- トライマラン型であることにより特徴付けられる、前記請求項のいずれか一項記載の船殻。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項記載の船殻を含む、船(1)。
- 船の風力推進システムを補うために、変速電気推進システムを含むことにより特徴付けられる、請求項12記載の船。
- 船(1)の長さが180.5 mであり、船(1)の高さが33 mであり、かつ船(1)の幅が34.2 mであることを特徴とする、請求項12または13記載の船。
