Claims (6)
- ゴムまたは合成樹脂と、ゴムまたは合成樹脂に分散して混入される顔料および強磁性ステンレス粉とを含む成形品であって、前記顔料は、前記成形品が使用される場所毎に前記成形品の色を変更するために使用され、前記強磁性ステンレス粉は、前記成形品の破片を磁石により回収するために使用され、前記色により前記破片が生じた場所を特定することが可能な、食品加工プラントで使用される成形品。
- 食品用ヘラ、Oリング、パッキンおよび手袋のうちのいずれかである請求項1記載の成形品。
- 前記ステンレス粉の前記ゴムまたは前記合成樹脂に対する配合率が10〜40重量%である請求項1または2記載の成形品。
- 前記ステンレス粉が、アトマイズ法により製造され、その粒径が0.5〜25μmである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の成形品。
- 前記顔料の前記ゴムまたは前記合成樹脂に対する配合率が0.1〜10重量%である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の成形品。
- 複数に区分された領域と、区分された領域毎に色分けして使用される成形品と、前記成形品の破片を検出することができる検出装置とを備えた食品加工プラントであって、
前記成形品が、ゴムまたは合成樹脂と、ゴムまたは合成樹脂に分散して混入される顔料および強磁性ステンレス粉とを含み、前記顔料は、前記成形品が使用される領域毎に前記成形品の色を変更するために使用され、前記強磁性ステンレス粉は、前記成形品の破片を磁石により回収するために使用され、前記色により前記破片が生じた場所を特定することが可能である食品加工プラント。
