Abstract
【解決手段】2つの電動ブレーキ装置1のいずれかに制動力変動が発生した際に、制御装置2が、電動ブレーキ装置1の制動力の総和の指令値と各電動ブレーキ装置1の制動力のフィードバック値の総和との偏差に対して、各電動ブレーキ装置1の操作量を演算して、両方の電動ブレーキ装置1にそれぞれの制動力の総和を一定に維持しながら制動力変動を補償する補償動作を行わせることにより、一つひとつの電動ブレーキ装置1の動作振幅を小さくしても効果的に制動力変動を抑制できるようにしたのである。

Claims (5)
- 車両の複数の車輪に装備され、電動モータの回転運動を直動機構によって直線運動に変換して車輪に制動力を作用させる電動ブレーキ装置と、前記各電動ブレーキ装置の制動力を制御する制御装置とを備えた電動ブレーキ制御システムにおいて、
前記電動ブレーキ装置のいずれかに制動力変動が発生した際に、前記制御装置が、前記制動力変動の発生した電動ブレーキ装置とそれ以外の少なくとも1つの電動ブレーキ装置に、それぞれの制動力の総和を一定に維持しながら前記制動力変動を補償する補償動作を行わせることを特徴とする電動ブレーキ制御システム。 - 前記制御装置が、前記補償動作を行う電動ブレーキ装置の動作振幅を、前記制動力変動の周波数と、前記車両の重心まわりの制動力のモーメントに対するヨーレートの周波数特性とに基づいて決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ制御システム。
- 前記電動ブレーキ装置を、前記車両の重心を原点とする座標平面の第1〜第4象限のそれぞれに少なくとも1つずつ配置し、前記制御装置が、前記制動力変動の発生した電動ブレーキ装置と、その制動力変動の発生した電動ブレーキ装置が配置されている象限と車両の前後方向で隣接する象限に配置された電動ブレーキ装置に、前記補償動作を行わせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ制御システム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記補償動作を行う複数の電動ブレーキ装置について、制動力の総和の指令値を入力され、この指令値と各電動ブレーキ装置の制動力のフィードバック値の総和との偏差に対して各電動ブレーキ装置の操作量を演算することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ制御システム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記補償動作を行う複数の電動ブレーキ装置について、それぞれの制動力変動の要因となる外乱を推定する外乱推定器を備え、各電動ブレーキ装置の操作量の演算を、それぞれの指令値と制動力のフィードバック値との偏差、および前記外乱推定器による各電動ブレーキ装置の外乱推定結果を用いて行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電動ブレーキ制御システム。
