Abstract
【解決手段】
本発明は、一方向に延長されて、一定の間隔を置いて配列されている複数の金属線と、前記複数の金属線のそれぞれの上部に接し、前記複数の金属線と同一の間隔及び幅を有する複数の低反射層とを含み、前記複数の金属線の間隔は可視光線の波長より小さく、前記複数の低反射層の上から入射する光に対して約10%以下の反射率で光を反射させる偏光板、及びこれを上部偏光板にする液晶表示装置に関する。

Claims (9)
- 一方向に延長されて、一定の間隔を置いて配列されている複数の金属線と、
前記複数の金属線のそれぞれの上部に接し、前記複数の金属線と同一の間隔及び幅を有する複数の低反射層とを含み、
前記複数の金属線の間隔は可視光線の波長より小さく、
前記複数の低反射層の上から入射する光に対して10%以下の反射率で光を反射させる、偏光板。 - 前記低反射層は単一層で形成されており、前記単一層は、AlNx、TiNx、SiNx、CuNx、MoNxのような窒化金属を含み、
前記金属線は、アルミニウムで150nm以上200nm以下の高さに形成され、
前記低反射層は、40nm以上70nm以下の高さに形成される、請求項1に記載の偏光板。 - 前記低反射層は二重層で形成されており、
前記金属線の上に接して形成されている第1低反射層と、前記第1低反射層の上に接して形成されている第2低反射層とを含む、請求項1に記載の偏光板。 - 前記第1低反射層及び第2低反射層は、AlNx、TiNx、SiNx、CuNx、MoNxのような窒化金属で形成され、
前記第1低反射層と前記第2低反射層に含まれている窒化金属は互いに異なり、
前記金属線は、アルミニウムで150nm以上200nm以下の高さに形成され、
前記第1低反射層はTiNxを含み、40nm以上70nm以下の高さに形成され、 前記第2低反射層はCuNxを含み、高さは10nm以上100nm以下に形成される、請求項3に記載の偏光板。 - 前記第1低反射層及び第2低反射層は、AlNx、TiNx、SiNx、CuNx、MoNxのような窒化金属で形成され、
前記第1低反射層と前記第2低反射層に含まれている窒化金属は互いに異なり、
前記金属線は、アルミニウムで150nm以上200nm以下の高さに形成され、
前記第1低反射層はMoNxを含み、10nm以上100nm以下の高さに形成され、前記第2低反射層はCuNxを含み、高さは80nm以上100nm以下に形成される、請求項3に記載の偏光板。 - 前記第1低反射層は、GZO、IZO、ITO、ZAOのような透明伝導物質で形成され、第2低反射層は、Tiのような金属で形成されており、
前記金属線は、アルミニウムで150nm以上200nm以下の高さに形成され、
前記第1低反射層は、50nm以上100nm以下の高さに形成され、前記第2低反射層は、10nm以上40nm以下の高さに形成される、請求項3に記載の偏光板。 - 前記第1低反射層は、AlOx、TiOx、MoOx、CuOx、SiOxのような酸化金属で形成され、第2低反射層は、Tiのような金属で形成されており、
前記金属線は、アルミニウムで150nm以上200nm以下の高さに形成され、
前記第1低反射層は、40nm以上80nm以下の高さに形成され、前記第2低反射層は、20nm以上40nm以下の高さに形成される、請求項3に記載の偏光板。 - 下部絶縁基板、及び前記下部絶縁基板の一側面に付着している下部偏光板を含む下部表示板と、
上部絶縁基板、及び前記上部絶縁基板の一側面に付着している上部偏光板を含む上部表示板と、
前記上部表示板と前記下部表示板の間に配置する液晶層とを含み、
前記上部偏光板は、請求項1乃至7のうちの一つである液晶表示装置。 - 前記下部偏光板は、一方向に延長されて、一定の間隔を置いて配列されている複数の金属線を含む、請求項8に記載の液晶表示装置。
