Abstract
【解決手段】電極組立体と、電極組立体を収容するケースと、ケース内に電極組立体を密封するキャッププレートと、キャッププレート上に配されたものであり、電極組立体と電気的に連結された端子プレートと、キャッププレートと端子プレートとの間で、キャッププレート及び端子プレートに接触している絶縁部材とを備え、絶縁部材は、端子プレートから遠くなるように延びるフランジ部を備える二次電池が提供される。

Claims (20)
- 電極組立体150と、
電極組立体150を収容するケース180と、
前記ケース180内に電極組立体150を密封するキャッププレート100と、
前記キャッププレート100上に配されたものであり、電極組立体150と電気的に連結された端子プレート111と、
前記キャッププレート100と端子プレート111との間で、前記キャッププレート100及び端子プレート111に接触している絶縁部材112、312と、を備え、
絶縁部材112、312は、端子プレート111から遠くなるように延びるフランジ部112a、312aを備えることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記フランジ部112a、312aは、端子プレート111から遠くなる方向に延びて段付けられた外部周辺(stepped outer periphery)を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記フランジ部112a、312aは、絶縁部材112の全周に沿って延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記フランジ部312aは、端子プレート111の上面111aを通り過ぎて突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材112の上面512a、812aは、端子プレート111に向かって下向きに傾くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記端子プレート311の一部は、絶縁部材512から離隔して端子プレート311と絶縁部材512との間のグルーブS11を定義することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記フランジ部112a、312aは、二次電池の他のいかなる部材とも接触しない自由端部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材112の上面は、端子プレート111の上面111aと平行をなすか、または凹状に引き込まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記フランジ部S52、S53は、前記絶縁部材812の側面及び上面から遠くなる方向に突出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記端子プレート311の一部は、絶縁部材512から離隔して端子プレート311と絶縁部材512との間のグルーブS11を定義することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 電極組立体150と、
前記電極組立体150を収容するケース180と、
前記ケース180内に電極組立体150を密封するキャッププレート100と、
前記キャッププレート100上に配されるものであり、前記電極組立体150と電気的に連結された端子プレート111と、
前記キャッププレート100と端子プレート111との間の絶縁部材412と、を備え、
前記端子プレート111の一部が絶縁部材412から離隔して端子プレート111と絶縁部材412との間のグルーブS4を定義することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記グルーブS4は、前記絶縁部材412と端子プレート211との間でただ部分的にのみ延びることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材512は、端子プレート311に向かって傾いた内部周辺面を持つことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記内部周辺面は、グルーブS11から延びることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材512の上面S22は、端子プレート311の上面311aを通り過ぎて突出することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材812は、端子プレート311から遠くなる方向に延びるフランジ部812cを備え、
前記フランジ部812cは、前記絶縁部材812の段付けられた外部周辺を形成することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。 - 電極組立体150と、
前記電極組立体150を収容するケース180と、
前記ケース180内に電極組立体150を密封するキャッププレート100と、
前記キャッププレート100上に配されるものであり、電極組立体150と電気的に連結された端子プレート111と、
前記キャッププレート100と端子プレート111との間で、前記キャッププレート100及び端子プレート111に接触する絶縁部材212と、を備え、
前記絶縁部材212は、傾いた上面212aを備えることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材212の傾いた上面212aは、端子プレート111に向かって下向き傾斜を持つことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材512の上面512aは、端子プレート311の上面311aを通り過ぎて突出することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材812は、端子プレート311から遠くなる方向に延びるフランジ部812cを備え、
前記フランジ部812cは、前記絶縁部材812の段付けられた外部周辺を形成することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の二次電池。
