Abstract
【解決手段】押出ダイ10から吐出されたパリソンPから所定長さのパリソン部分Psをブロー成形型に連続供給するパリソン供給装置1であって、引張チャック2を複数備えると共に、複数の引張チャック2を動作させる引張チャック動作部3を備え、引張チャック動作部3によって、個々の引張チャック2A,2Bが押出ダイ10に近い第1位置(I)でパリソンPを把持して押出ダイ10と離間した第2位置(II)まで移動する繰り返し動作を行い、先行する引張チャック2Aが第2位置(II)にて押出ダイ10と設定距離Lだけ離間する前にその後続の引張チャック2Bが第1位置(I)にてパリソンPを把持した後、前記ブロー成形型に前記パリソン部分を供給する。

Claims (11)
- 押出ダイから吐出されたパリソンから所定長さのパリソン部分をブロー成形型に連続供給するパリソン供給装置であって、
パリソンを把持して押出ダイとの間でパリソンの吐出方向に引っ張る引張チャックを複数備えると共に、複数の前記引張チャックを動作させる引張チャック動作部を備え、
前記引張チャック動作部によって、
個々の前記引張チャックが前記押出ダイに近い第1位置でパリソンを把持して前記押出ダイと離間した第2位置まで移動する繰り返し動作を行い、先行する前記引張チャックが前記第2位置にて前記押出ダイと設定距離だけ離間する前にその後続の前記引張チャックが前記第1位置にてパリソンを把持した後、前記ブロー成形型に前記パリソン部分を供給することを特徴とするパリソン供給装置。 - 前記引張チャック動作部は、前記引張チャックを前記第1位置から前記第2位置まで一定速度で移動させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパリソン供給装置。
- 前記引張チャック動作部は、後続の前記引張チャックがパリソンを把持した後に先行する前記引張チャックの移動速度を変化させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のパリソン供給装置。
- 前記パリソン部分を受け取る受取手段を備え、
前記受取手段は、後続の前記引張チャックがパリソンを把持してから先行する前記引張チャックが前記第2位置にて前記押出ダイと設定距離だけ離間するまでの間に前記パリソン部分を受け取ることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のパリソン供給装置。 - 前記受取手段は、受取操作が完了するまで、先行する前記引張チャックとその後続の前記引張チャックの間に位置して移動することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のパリソン供給装置。
- 前記受取手段は、パリソンの吐出方向に離間した一対のピックアップチャックであり、前記パリソン部分を把持して受け取り、ブロー成形型に受け渡すことを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のパリソン供給装置。
- 前記受取手段は、パリソンの吐出経路に進退可能とされたブロー成形型であり、パリソンの吐出経路に進入して前記パリソン部分を受け取ることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のパリソン供給装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載されたパリソン供給装置を備えたブロー成形機であって、前記ブロー成形型を前記パリソンの吐出方向と交差する方向に搬送する搬送手段を備えることを特徴とするブロー成形機。
- 押出ダイから吐出されたパリソンから所定長さのパリソン部分をブロー成形型に連続供給するパリソン供給方法であって、
パリソンを把持して押出ダイとの間でパリソンの吐出方向に引っ張る引張チャックを複数備え、
個々の前記引張チャックが前記押出ダイに近い第1位置でパリソンを把持して前記押出ダイと離間した第2位置まで移動する繰り返し動作を行い、先行する前記引張チャックが前記第2位置にて前記押出ダイと設定距離だけ離間する前にその後続の前記引張チャックが前記第1位置にてパリソンを把持した後、前記ブロー成形型に前記パリソン部分を供給することを特徴とするパリソン供給方法。 - 先行する前記引張チャックとその後続の前記引張チャックが共にパリソンを把持した状態で前記押出ダイから離間する受渡期間を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載のパリソン供給方法。
- 前記受渡期間では、先行する前記引張チャックとその後続の前記引張チャックの間隔が一定に保持されることを特徴とする請求項10記載のパリソン供給方法。
