Abstract
【解決手段】制振ケーブル1は、複数の鋼線4を束ねてなる芯材5と、芯材5の外周側に設けられた被覆層6とを含むケーブル本体2と、被覆層6の外周面7に形成され、芯材5に螺旋状に延びる螺旋突起3とを含み、螺旋突起3が外周面7を1周するときに芯材5の軸方向に進む軸方向距離Pは、ケーブル本体2の外径Dの3倍〜6倍の範囲内に設定され、螺旋突起3の外周面7からの高さは、ケーブル本体2の外径Dの1%〜5%の範囲内に設定されている。

Claims (4)
- 複数の鋼線を束ねてなる芯材と、前記芯材の外周側に設けられた被覆層とを含むケーブル本体と、
前記被覆層の外周面に形成され、前記芯材に螺旋状に延びる螺旋突起と、
を備え、
前記螺旋突起が前記外周面を1周するときに前記芯材の軸方向に進む軸方向距離は、前記ケーブル本体の外径の3倍〜6倍の範囲内に設定され、
前記螺旋突起の前記外周面からの高さは、前記ケーブル本体の外径の1%〜5%の範囲内に設定されている制振ケーブル。 - 請求項1に記載の制振ケーブルにおいて、前記螺旋突起の本数は、2本〜15本に設定されている制振ケーブル。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の制振ケーブルにおいて、前記螺旋突起は前記被覆層に一体的に形成されている制振ケーブル。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の制振ケーブルにおいて、前記被覆層は、前記芯材の外周側に直接施されている制振ケーブル。
