Claims (9)
- ガン本体(7)を含み、前記のガン本体に水道があり、前記のガン本体の後上に水道のバルブ・スイッチの開閉を制御するためのボタン(1)を可動的に配置し、前記のガン本体の中央にピン(16)により水種の切り替えのための装置を制御するための上ハンドル(8)もある手動・自動切替式スプレーガンであって、
前記のバルブ・スイッチは、ボタン(1)、片側斜面の押し部品(2)、内案内盤(3)、片側斜面の回転部品(4)、スイッチスプリング(5)、前シール(21)、スイッチ回転コア(6)、二重シール(20)からなり、前記のガン本体の後上に取り付けられていて、前記のバルブ・スイッチの開閉の切替えがボタン(1)を押して緩めて1回の切替えの実現し、前記のボタン(1)を押して、前記の内案内盤(3)内部ガイドレールが稼動して前記の片側斜面の押し部品(2)を稼動させて押す方向だけで稼動できる同時に、前記の片側斜面の押し部品(2)にある斜面が前記の片側斜面の回転部品(4)を回転させるので、前記の片側斜面の回転部品(4)が前記のスイッチ回転コア(6)を回転させ、前記のガン本体内にある二重水穴(7a)を開閉して水を水道(7b)を流させ、水の開閉の切替えを行い、
前記の水種の切り替えのための装置は、水種段蓋(15)、水種段盤(14)、偏心インターフェース(13)、噴射スプリング(12)、分岐ウェッジ回転部品(11)、ウェッジバー(10)、ヘッドシェル(9)、上ハンドル(8)からなり、
前記のガン本体の上に取り付けられ、前記の上ハンドル(8)の下が押されると、上ハンドル(8)の上部ピン(16)を支点にしてレバーとして働き、可動的に前記のウェッジバー(10)を推し、前記のウェッジバー(10)にある多段主動ウェッジ(10a)の主動ウェッジ(10b)は前記の分岐ウェッジ回転部品(11)の多段被動ウェッジ(11b)の被動ウェッジ(11a)と働きあい、分岐ウェッジ回転部品(11)を回転させ、前記の分岐ウェッジ回転部品(11)が回転して前記の水種段蓋(15)を回転させて噴射分岐を切替え、構成装置の全体は、ボタン・スイッチ(1)で水を入れ、上ハンドル(8)で水種を切り替え、完全に片手操作をすることを特徴とする手動・自動切替式スプレーガンである。 - 前記のウェッジバー(10)の本体の円盤に中軸心に沿って円周により均一的に複数の主動ウェッジ(10a)があり、前記の各主動ウェッジ(10a)に主動ウェッジ(10b)を形成するための斜面があり、前記の分岐ウェッジ回転部品(11)の多段被動ウェッジ(11b)の被動ウェッジ(11a)と働きあい、回転させ、水種を切替えさせるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手動・自動切替式スプレーガン。
- 前記のウェッジバー(10)の本体の円盤に中軸心に沿って円周により均一的に複数の主動ウェッジ(10a)があり、前記の各主動ウェッジ(10a)斜面のある面の圧力角がどこでも等しい等角螺旋面(対数螺旋面)であり、それによる主動ウェッジが前記の分岐ウェッジ回転部品(11)の多段被動ウェッジ(11b)の被動ウェッジ(11a)と働きあい、回転させ、水種を切替えさせることが便利であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手動・自動切替式スプレーガン。
- 前記のウェッジバー(10)の本体の円盤に中軸に沿って対称するバーの2本が伸びていて、前記の各バーに溝(10c)があり、前記の各バー上にある溝(10c)に溝の両側が円弧形であり、前記の上ハンドル(8)により動かされるようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手動・自動切替式スプレーガン。
- 前記の上ハンドル(8)の中央にピンスルーホール(8c)があり、ピン(16)により可動的に前記のガン本体(7)に配置されるようにし、前記の上ハンドル(8)の上に二重フォーク(8a)があり、前記のウェッジバー(10)のバーの2本にある溝の両側が円弧形である溝(10c)を動かすようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手動・自動切替式スプレーガン。
- 前記の内案内盤(3)に均一的に配置されている複数のスプラインによる内部ガイドレール(3a)があり、前記の片側斜面の押し部品(2)の複数の主動ウェッジ面(2a)の軸方向に沿う縁が押される方向しか稼動できないようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手動・自動切替式スプレーガン。
- 前記の片側斜面の押し部品(2)の本体の円筒に中軸心に沿って円周により複数の主動ウェッジ面(2a)が均一的に配置されていて、前記の片側斜面の回転部品(4)の片側斜面(4a)を稼動させて回転させるようにし、前記の片側斜面の回転部品(4)にある十字形の凸部(4b)を前記のスイッチ回転コア(6)にある十字形の凹部(6a)と整合させて、回転させて水の開閉を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手動・自動切替式スプレーガン。
- 前記の片側斜面の押し部品(2)の本体の円筒上中軸心に沿って円周により複数の主動ウェッジ面(2a)が均一的に配置されていて、前記の主動ウェッジ面が圧力角がどこでも等しい等角螺旋面(対数螺旋面)であり、それによる主動ウェッジ面が更に安定に前記の片側斜面の回転部品(4)の片側斜面(4a)を稼動させて回転させることに有利であり、前記の片側斜面の回転部品(4)にある十字形の凸部(4b)を前記のスイッチ回転コア(6)にある十字形の凹部(6a)と整合させて、回転させて水の開閉を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手動・自動切替式スプレーガン。
- 前記のスイッチ回転コア(6)の中央に十字形の凹部(6a)があり、前記の片側斜面の回転部品(4)にある十字形の凸部(4b)とあわせて回転し、水の開閉を行うようにし、前記のスイッチ回転コア(6)の中心の両側に対称して各々扇形溝付けの通水穴(6b)があり、水の通過を便利にするようにすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手動・自動切替式スプレーガン。
