Claims (19)
- 電極組立体が収容され、開口が設けられたケースと、
前記開口を覆うものであって、上下方向に貫通した端子挿入部が設けられたキャッププレートと、
前記端子挿入部を通じて前記ケース内部に挿入されて、前記電極組立体を前記ケース外部に電気的に露出させる端子部材と、
前記端子挿入部に位置し、前記端子部材を前記キャッププレートに固定するものであって、前記端子部材が前記端子挿入部に挿入された状態で、プラスチック樹脂を前記端子挿入部に射出するインサート射出方式によって形成される固定部材と、を含み、
前記固定部材は、前記固定部材の上面から下方に陥没して、前記固定部材の下部壁の厚さを減らす陥没部を備える、電池ユニット。 - 前記固定部材は、前記下部壁と、前記下部壁から上方に延びて、前記端子挿入部の端部に結合される側壁と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記側壁は、前記キャッププレートの上面を越えて上方に延びることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記固定部材は、前記側壁から前記端子挿入部の端部を越えて外側に延び、前記キャッププレートの上面に支持される延長部をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記端子部材は、
前記電極組立体に電気的に接続される集電部と、
前記キャッププレートの外部に露出される端子部と、
前記集電部と前記端子部とを連結する連結部と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電池ユニット。 - 前記端子部は、前記キャッププレートの上面から離隔していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記端子部は、前記キャッププレートの長辺方向に延び、
前記連結部は、前記端子部から下方に延びた第1折曲部と、前記第1折曲部から前記長辺方向に延びた第2折曲部と、を含み、

- 前記端子部材は、正極端子部材及び負極端子部材を含み、
前記正極端子部材及び前記負極端子部材は、異種の金属で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の電池ユニット。 - 前記正極端子部材は、アルミニウムで形成され、前記負極端子部材は、銅で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池ユニット。
- 前記正極端子部材及び前記負極端子部材のうちいずれか一つの端子部の上面には、前記正極端子部材及び前記負極端子部材のうち他の一つと同じ金属からなる溶接層が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の電池ユニット。
- 請求項1〜10のうちいずれか1項に記載の複数の電池ユニットと、
隣接する前記電池ユニットの端子部を相互連結するバスバーと、を含む電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、前記端子部に溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記端子部材は、正極端子部材及び負極端子部材を含み、
前記正極端子部材及び前記負極端子部材は、異種の金属で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項14または15に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記バスバーは、前記正極端子部材及び前記負極端子部材のうちいずれか一つと同じ金属で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記正極端子部材及び前記負極端子部材のうち、前記バスバーと異なる金属で形成された部材の端子部の上面には、前記バスバーと同じ金属からなる溶接層が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記正極端子部材は、アルミニウムで形成され、前記負極端子部材は、銅で形成され、前記バスバーは、アルミニウムで形成され、前記負極端子部材の端子部の上面には、アルミニウムからなる溶接層が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の電池モジュール。
