Claims (20)
- 電流を充電および放電する電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を内蔵するケースと、
前記ケースの開口を密閉するキャッププレートと、
前記電極組立体に電気的に連結され、前記キャッププレートの端子ホールに引き出されて前記キャッププレートの外部に配置される電極端子と、
前記キャッププレートの外面で前記電極端子を部分的に支持しながら、前記キャッププレートと前記電極端子を電気的に絶縁する絶縁部材と、を含む二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、インサート射出成形され、
前記電極端子と前記キャッププレートの外面との間、前記電極端子と前記端子ホールとの間、および前記電極端子と前記キャッププレートの内面との間に一体に備えられる、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電極端子は、
前記電極組立体に連結する集電部と、
前記集電部に連結して前記端子ホールに配置される柱部と、
前記柱部に連結して前記端子ホールから遠くなる方向に延びて配置される平面部と、を含む、請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記平面部は、前記キャッププレートの幅方向の両側で、前記キャッププレートの外面と離隔して対向する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、
前記端子ホールの周囲において前記柱部を囲んで前記平面部の一側を支持する第1絶縁部と、
前記第1絶縁部から前記キャッププレートの長さ方向において離隔した位置に配置されて前記平面部の他側を支持する第2絶縁部と、を含み、
前記キャッププレートの幅方向の両側において、前記平面部にバスバーを溶接する時に発生する溶接熱を回避する熱回避空間を設定する、請求項4に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記キャッププレートの長さ方向に配置されて前記第1絶縁部と前記第2絶縁部を連結し、前記平面部を支持する第3絶縁部をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱回避空間は、前記第3絶縁部の前記幅方向の両側に設定される、請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記幅方向で前記第1絶縁部は、
前記キャッププレートの隣接側において第1幅で形成され、
前記平面部の隣接側において前記第1幅より大きい第2幅で形成される、請求項5に記載の二次電池。 - 前記幅方向で前記第2絶縁部は、前記第1幅と同一の幅で形成される、請求項8に記載の二次電池。
- 前記幅方向で前記平面部は、第2幅で形成され、
前記第1絶縁部において第2幅で支持され、
前記第2絶縁部において第1幅で支持されて前記第2絶縁部の外郭において未支持部を有する、請求項9に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、
前記端子ホールの周囲において前記柱部を囲んで前記平面部の一側を支持する第1絶縁部と、
前記第1絶縁部から前記キャッププレートの長さ方向において離隔した位置に配置されて前記平面部の他側を支持する第2絶縁部と、
前記キャッププレートの外面において前記第1絶縁部と前記第2絶縁部を連結する底部と、を含み、
前記平面部は、前記キャッププレートの幅方向の両側において、前記絶縁部材の底部と離隔して対向する、請求項3に記載の二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は、前記キャッププレートの幅方向の両側において、前記平面部にバスバーを溶接する時に発生する溶接熱を回避する熱回避空間を前記底部上に設定する、請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記底部上で、前記キャッププレートの長さ方向に配置され、前記第1絶縁部と前記第2絶縁部を連結し、前記平面部を支持する第3絶縁部をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は、前記底部上で、前記第1絶縁部と前記第2絶縁部との間に前記幅方向に配置されて前記平面部を支持する第4絶縁部をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱回避空間は、前記第3絶縁部の前記幅方向の両側に設定され、前記長さ方向において前記第4絶縁部で区切られる、請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記幅方向における前記第1絶縁部は、前記キャッププレートの隣接側において第1幅で形成され、
前記平面部の隣接側において前記第1幅より大きい第2幅で形成される、請求項12に記載の二次電池。 - 前記幅方向における前記第2絶縁部および前記第4絶縁部は、前記第1幅と同一の幅で形成される、請求項16に記載の二次電池。
- 前記幅方向で前記平面部は、第2幅で形成され、
前記第1絶縁部において第2幅で支持され、前記第2絶縁部および前記第4絶縁部において前記第1幅で支持されて前記第2絶縁部の外郭において未支持部を有する、請求項17に記載の二次電池。 - 互いに異なる金属の負極端子および正極端子をキャッププレートの外面において絶縁部材によって部分的に支持して絶縁する複数の単位電池セルと、
前記負極端子および前記正極端子と同一材質の負極部及び正極部を有するとともに、クラッドメタルで形成され、隣接する単位電池セルの前記負極端子と前記正極端子に溶接で連結されるバスバーと、を含み、
前記絶縁部材は、前記キャッププレートの幅方向の両側において、前記負極端子および前記正極端子に前記バスバーを溶接する時に発生する溶接熱を回避する熱回避空間を設定する二次電池モジュール。 - 前記負極端子と前記負極部は、銅で形成されて連結され、
前記正極端子及び前記正極部は、アルミニウムで形成されて連結される、請求項19に記載の二次電池モジュール。
