この実施例に従った工具60はシリンジ60によって形成される。シリンジ60は、骨セメントまたは医薬物質を骨アンカー2に注入するのに特に適している。シリンジ60は、把持用のハンドル61を備えた円筒部と、針または管63に骨セメントまたは医薬物質を押し込むためのプランジャ62とを含む。針または管63は、プラグ部材30を把持することができるように、またはプラグ部材41の窪み42に係合することができるように設計されている。針または管63は、プラグ部材をボア11の端部に配置することができるほど十分に長い。
100(図示せず)を挿入し、ガイドワイヤ100をプラグ部材に押し当てて、これによりプラグ部材が最終的に肩部13上に載って骨アンカーを閉じることによって、工具から取外される。その後、骨セメントまたは医薬物質が注入され、開口部15を通って周囲の骨材料にまで延在するが、骨アンカーの自由端9がプラグ部材によって閉じられているので、この自由端9を通り抜けることはできない。結果として安全な固定がもたらされる。というのも、アンカーを緩めたり血管構造に損傷を及ぼしたりする可能性のある骨セメントの漏出が自由端9では起こらないからである。

形状をなしている。管218の外径は少なくとも一部が自由端から延在しているため、管218を骨アンカー2に挿入することができる。残りの部分において注入カニューレが備え得る部分221、222は、その直径がそれぞれ異なっており、より大きなものであるが、アンカー拡張装置の内管211に注入カニューレを差込むことができるほどに十分に小さなものであり得る。注入カニューレの全長は、注入カニューレがアンカー拡張装置に差込まれた場合に、環状の肩部219がアンカー拡張装置の上方のリムに接すると骨アンカー2のボア11に延在するような長さにされる。
Claims (15)
- 骨アンカーとともに使用されるプラグ部材供給装置であって、前記骨アンカーは、
第1の端部(8)および第2の端部(9)を備えるシャフト(7)と、
前記第1の端部(8)から前記第2の端部(9)にまで延在するチャネル(11、12)と、
前記第1の端部(8)から前記チャネルへと挿入可能であり、前記チャネルを通じて案内可能であり前記チャネルを前記第2の端部(9)で閉じるためのプラグ部材(30、40、41)とを含み、
前記プラグ部材供給装置は、前記プラグ部材を把持するための把持構造(227)を備えた鉗子(205)を含み、前記把持構造は、前記プラグ部材の形状の一部に適合される、プラグ部材供給装置。 - 前記把持構造は、前記鉗子の少なくとも1つのアームに設けられる、プラグ部材供給装置。
- 前記把持構造(227)は球形の窪みによって形成される、請求項1または2に記載のプラグ部材供給装置。
- 前記把持構造は、互いに面する前記鉗子の各アームの自由端付近に位置する2つの窪みを含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のプラグ部材供給装置。
- 骨アンカーとともに使用されるプラグ部材差込装置であって、前記骨アンカーは、
第1の端部(8)および第2の端部(9)を備えるシャフト(7)と、
前記第1の端部(8)から前記第2の端部(9)にまで延在するチャネル(11、12)と、
前記第1の端部(8)から前記チャネルへ挿入可能であり、前記チャネルを通じて案内可能であり前記チャネルを前記第2の端部(9)で閉じるためのプラグ部材(30、40、41)とを含み、
前記差込装置は漏斗部(202)を含み、前記漏斗部(202)は、前記プラグ部材がそこを通ることができるような大きさのボア(223)を備える、プラグ部材差込装置。 - 前記漏斗部(202)は、漏斗状部分(224)と、注入カニューレとの接続のための接続部分(225)とを含み、前記注入カニューレは、
少なくとも部分的に前記チャネル(11、12)に差込まれるよう適合された管部分(218)と、
骨セメントまたは他の液体もしくはペースト状材料を前記骨アンカーに注入するためのシリンジと接続されるよう適合されたコネクタ部分(220)とを含む、請求項5に記載の差込装置。 - 骨アンカーとともに使用される注入カニューレであって、前記骨アンカーは、
第1の端部(8)および第2の端部(9)を備えるシャフト(7)と、
前記第1の端部(8)から前記第2の端部(9)にまで延在するチャネル(11、12)と、
前記第1の端部(8)から前記チャネルへと挿入可能であり、前記チャネルを通じて案内可能であり前記チャネルを前記第2の端部(9)で閉じるためのプラグ部材(30、40、41)とを含み、
前記注入カニューレは、
少なくとも部分的に前記チャネル(11、12)に差込まれるよう適合された管部分(218)と、
骨セメントまたは他の液体もしくはペースト状材料を前記骨アンカーに注入するためのシリンジと接続されるよう適合されたコネクタ部分(220)とを含む、注入カニューレ。 - 前記管部分(218)が有する内径は、そこを通じて前記プラグ部材(40)を案内できるほど十分に大きい、請求項7に記載の注入カニューレ。
- 前記コネクタ部分(220)はルアーロック(Luer lock)部分である、請求項7また
は8に記載の注入カニューレ。 - 骨アンカーとともに使用される深さ制御装置であって、前記骨アンカーは、
第1の端部(8)および第2の端部(9)を備えるシャフト(7)と、
前記第1の端部(8)から前記第2の端部(9)にまで延在するチャネル(11、12)と、
前記第1の端部(8)から前記チャネルへと挿入可能であり、前記チャネルを通じて案内可能であり前記チャネルを前記第2の端部(9)で閉じるためのプラグ部材(30、40、41)とを含み、
前記深さ制御装置は棒部分(203)を備え、前記棒部分の直径は、前記チャネル(11、12)の直径よりも小さく、前記棒部分の長さは、前記骨アンカーが患者に埋め込まれる際に前記棒を用いて前記プラグ部材を押し下げて前記チャネルを閉じることができるような長さである、深さ制御装置。 - 前記棒部分は距離または位置を示すためのしるしを含む、請求項9に記載の深さ制御装置。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の骨アンカーおよび注入カニューレとともに使用される計測装置であって、前記計測装置は、注入カニューレ(201)へと挿入可能となるような大きさであり、そこを通して骨セメントまたは他の液体もしくはペースト状材料を押し進めることができる棒部分(204)と、好ましくは、一方の端部にハンドル(231)とを備える、計測装置。
- 骨アンカーとともに使用されるプラグ部材格納装置であって、前記骨アンカーは、
第1の端部(8)および第2の端部(9)を備えるシャフト(7)と、
前記第1の端部(8)から前記第2の端部(9)にまで延在するチャネル(11、12)と、
前記第1の端部(8)から前記チャネルへと挿入可能であり、前記チャネルを通じて案内可能であり前記チャネルを前記第2の端部(9)で閉じるためのプラグ部材(30、40、41)とを含み、
前記プラグ部材格納装置は、前記プラグ部材のための個々の格納部分(229)を備えたトレイ(206)と、蓋(228)とを含む、プラグ部材格納装置。 - 骨アンカーとともに使用される器具のキットであって、前記骨アンカーは、
