Abstract
【解決手段】ハイブリッド構造を形成する方法が提供される。当該方法は、シーラントを第1の材料から作られる第1の要素に適用すること、隔離シートをシーラントに結合すること、及び第2の要素を隔離シートに結合することを含む。ハイブリッド構造内のガルバニ電池の形成を防ぐことを容易にするために、隔離シート及び第2の要素は、第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料から作られる。

Description
ハイブリッド構造を形成する方法であって、
第1の材料から作られる第1の要素にシーラントを適用することと、
前記シーラントに隔離シートを結合することと、
前記隔離シートに第2の要素を結合することとを含み、
前記前記第2の要素及び前記隔離シートは、両者とも、前記第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料から作られ、前記ハイブリッド構造内のガルバニ電池の形成を防ぐことを容易にする、方法。
第1の電極電位を有するように前記第1の材料を選択することと、
前記第1の電極電位とは異なる第2の電極電位を有するように前記第2の材料を選択することとをさらに含む、条項1に記載の方法。
前記第1の要素の表面に隔離層を結合することと、
前記隔離層に前記シーラントを適用することとをさらに含む、条項1又は2に記載の方法。
前記シーラントに前記隔離シートを結合することは、
前記シーラントにより、前記シーラントに前記隔離シートを接着することを含む、条項1に記載の方法。
前記シーラントを適用することは、
前記隔離シート及び前記第1の要素の間への電解質の進入を実質的に防ぐシーラントを適用することを含む、条項1に記載の方法。
前記シーラントに前記隔離シートを結合することは、
前記隔離シート及び前記第1の要素の間の過剰なシーラントを除去することを容易にするために、前記隔離シートに圧力を適用することを含む、条項1に記載の方法。
前記隔離シートに前記第2の要素を結合することは、
所定の方位において前記隔離シートに前記第2の要素を位置合わせすることと、
前記第2の要素の中に画定される孔のうちの少なくとも一つ及び穿設用治具を伴って、前記隔離シート上の掘削孔位置を決定することと、
前記孔位置において、前記隔離シート、前記シーラント、及び前記第1の要素を通して掘削孔を形成することと、
少なくとも一つの留め具を使用して前記隔離シートに前記第2の要素を結合することとをさらに含む、条項1に記載の方法。
前記掘削孔が形成される際に、前記隔離シートに対する前記第2の要素の位置合わせを実質的に維持することをさらに含む、条項7に記載の方法。
前記隔離シートに前記第2の要素を結合することは、
前記第2の要素が前記第1の要素から分離されたままになるように、前記隔離シートに前記第2の要素を位置合わせすることを含む、条項1に記載の方法。
組立品を形成することにおいて使用する方法であって、
第1の材料から作られる第1の要素、前記第1の要素に適用されるシーラント、及び前記第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料から作られ、且つ前記シーラントに結合される隔離シートを含む部分組立品を形成することと、
前記部分組立品を前記組立品の中に設置することと、
前記隔離シートに沿って、前記部分組立品に第2の要素を結合することとを含み、
前記第2の要素は、前記第2の材料から作られる、方法。
前記部分組立品に前記第2の要素を結合することは、
所定の方位において前記隔離シートに前記第2の要素を位置合わせすることと、
前記第2の要素の中に画定される孔のうちの少なくとも一つ及び穿設用治具を伴って、前記隔離シート上の掘削孔位置を決定することとを含む、条項10に記載の方法。
前記孔位置において、前記部分組立品を通して掘削孔を形成することと、
少なくとも一つの留め具を使用して前記部分組立品に前記第2の要素を結合することとをさらに含む、条項11に記載の方法。
前記少なくとも一つの留め具を使用することは、
前記少なくとも一つの留め具を使用する前に、前記掘削孔のうちの少なくとも一つ及び前記少なくとも一つの留め具に、第2のシーラントを適用することを含む、条項12に記載の方法。
第1の電極電位を有するように前記第1の材料を選択することと、
前記第1の電極電位とは異なる第2の電極電位を有するように前記第2の材料を選択することとをさらに含む、条項10から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
第1の材料から作られる第1の要素、前記第1の要素に適用されるシーラント、前記第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料から作られ、且つ前記シーラントに結合される隔離シートと、
前記隔離シートに結合される第2の要素を含み、
前記第2の要素は前記第2の材料から作られる、ハイブリッド構造。
前記第1の材料は、前記第2の材料の電極電位とは異なる電極電位を有する、条項15に記載の構造。
前記第1の材料は炭素繊維材料を含み、
前記第2の材料は金属材料を含む、条項16に記載の構造。
第3の材料から作られ前記第1の要素に結合される隔離層をさらに含み、
前記隔離層に前記シーラントが適用される、条項15又は16に記載の構造。
前記第3の材料は、繊維ガラス材料を含む、条項18に記載の構造。
前記シーラントは、ポリサルファイド材料を含む、条項15に記載の構造。

前記隔離シート(108)に結合され、前記第2の材料から作られる第2の要素(110)を含む、
ハイブリッド構造(100)。 - 前記第1の材料は、前記第2の材料の電極電位とは異なる電極電位を有する
請求項1に記載の構造。 - 前記第1の材料は、炭素繊維材料を含み、
前記第2の材料は、金属材料を含む
請求項2に記載の構造。 - 第3の材料から作られ、前記第1の要素(102)に結合される隔離層(104)をさらに含み、
前記シーラント(106)は、前記隔離層(104)に適用される
