Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、従来技術の高分子と銀塩からなる高分子電解質層及び多孔性支持膜からなるオレフィン促進輸送分離膜において、銀塩が銀ナノ粒子に還元され、分離膜の性能が経時に応じて悪くなるという欠点を補完するために、アルミニウム塩を用いることを特徴とする。

Description
実験に使用したテトラフルオロホウ酸銀(AgBF4、99%)、硝酸アルミニウム(Al(NO3)3、99%)、ポリ(2−エチル−2−オキサゾリン)(POZ、Mw=5.0×105g/mol)は、アルドリッチ社製を購入した後別途の処理を行わず、そのまま使用した。
以下の実験例により、本発明の分離膜が、アルミニウム塩により長期間分離膜性能を発揮することを証明し、アルミニウム塩により銀塩の還元を防止する理由について述べる。
ガス透過度は、質量流量計(mass flow meter)を用いて測定し、ガス透過度の単位は、GPU(=1×10−6cm3(STP)/(cm2 sec cmHg)である。混合ガス(50:50vol%のプロピレン/プロパン混合ガス)の透過度は、ガスクロマトグラフィーを用いて測定した。
図2(a)は、室温で製膜後2日が経過した後の1/1 POZ/AgBF4フィルムの写真であり、図2(b)は、室温で製膜後3ヶ月後の本発明の1/1/0.1 POZ/AgBF4 /Al(NO3)3フィルムの写真である。
FT−IRによりPOZ/AgBF4/Al(NO3)3錯体でアルミニウム塩のAl(NO3)3の挙動を研究した。銀イオンとPOZ高分子マトリックスの極性原子間の相互作用(coordinative interaction)は、銀塩を高分子マトリックス内で溶解させて高分子−銀錯化合物又は銀−高分子電解質を形成するようにする。このとき、Al(NO3)3の導入によりAg+とPOZのC=O基間の相互作用の変化は、FT−IRにより確認することができた。
FT−ラマンスペクトロスコピーを用いてAl(NO3)3のNO3 −と銀イオン間の相互作用を確認した。NO3 −とBF4 −のようなイオンはFT−ラマンスペクトロスコピーを用いて測定し、POZ/AgBF4/Al(NO3)3の相互作用を理解するために用いられた。
POZ/AgBF4/Al(NO3)3のシステムにおいて銀とフッ素イオンの結合エネルギーはXPSを用いて測定し、銀とフッ素イオンの化学的環境を測定した。
Claims (7)
- 多孔性支持膜と、
前記多孔性支持膜上に形成され、高分子、銀塩及びアルミニウム塩からなる高分子電解質層とを含んでなることを特徴とするオレフィン促進輸送分離膜。 - 前記高分子の繰り返し単位に窒素原子が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオレフィン促進輸送分離膜。
- 前記高分子にアミド基が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオレフィン促進輸送分離膜。
- 前記高分子は、アルキルオキサゾリン、ビニルピロリドン、アクリルアミド又はN−イソプロピルアクリルアミドの繰り返し単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオレフィン促進輸送分離膜。
- 前記銀塩は、AgBF4、AgCF3SO3、AgCF3CO2又はAgPF6であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオレフィン促進輸送分離膜。
- 前記アルミニウム塩は、Al(NO3)3、Al2(SO4)3、AlPO4又はAl2(CO3)3であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオレフィン促進輸送分離膜。
- 前記多孔性支持膜は、多孔性高分子膜又はセラミック膜であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオレフィン促進輸送分離膜。
