Abstract
【解決手段】電気化学セルは、正極と負極とを含む電極体と、熱融着によって袋状に形成され、電極体を収納する外装体と、を備える。外装体のうち電極体の周囲に配置される熱融着部の一部は、電極体の外周に向かって折り曲げられ、かつ示差走査熱量分析によるチャートにおいてガラス転移温度(Tg)以上かつ融点(Tm)未満の吸熱ピーク温度(Ta)を有する。

Claims (5)
- 正極と負極とを含む電極体と、
熱融着によって袋状に形成され、前記電極体を収納する外装体と、を備え、
前記外装体のうち前記電極体の周囲に配置される熱融着部の一部は、前記電極体の外周に向かって折り曲げられ、かつ示差走査熱量分析によるチャートにおいてガラス転移温度以上かつ融点未満の吸熱ピーク温度を有する電気化学セル。 - 前記電極体と電気的に接続され、前記外装体の周縁から外部に導出された電極端子を備え、
前記熱融着部は、前記外装体の周縁において前記電極端子の交差方向に延びる第1熱融着部を含み、前記第1熱融着部は、前記交差方向において前記電極体の外側で折り曲げられている
請求項1に記載の電気化学セル。 - 前記熱融着部は、前記電極体を囲む矩形枠状の領域の一辺に沿って前記第1熱融着部が設けられ、前記矩形枠状の領域の他辺に沿って設けられた第2熱融着部を含み、
前記外装体は、前記第2熱融着部と前記電極体との間に熱融着していない未融着部を含み、前記未融着部と前記第1熱融着部とを含む線状の部分で折り曲げられている
請求項2に記載の電気化学セル。 - 正極と負極とを含む電極体を外装体で包装し、前記外装体のうち前記電極体の周囲に配置される部分を熱融着することで、前記外装体に前記電極体を封入する工程と、
前記熱融着により形成された熱融着部の一部を、該熱融着部のガラス転移温度以上かつ融点未満の温度にした状態で、前記電極体の外周に向かって折り曲げる工程と、を含む電気化学セルの製造方法。 - 前記熱融着部は、ポリプロピレンを含み、
前記熱融着部の一部を、100℃以上120℃以下の温度にした状態で折り曲げる
請求項4に記載の電気化学セルの製造方法。
