Abstract
【解決手段】電源装置1は、正極20及び負極21が交互に逆向きに設けられた複数の電池22と、複数の電池を直列に接続するように直線上に並ぶように配列された複数のバスバ3と、複数のバスバの少なくとも一方の面側に配置されるシート状の絶縁フィルム5と、を備え、複数の電池を固定する樹脂枠をさらに備え、絶縁フィルム、又は、樹脂枠23には、隣接するバスバ側に隣り合う電池同士を絶縁するための絶縁部29、29Aが設けられている。

Description
前記複数の電池を直列に接続するように直線上に並ぶように配列された複数のバスバと、前記複数のバスバの少なくとも一方の面側に配置されるシート状の絶縁フィルムと、を備えた電源装置であって、前記複数の電池を固定する樹脂枠をさらに備え、絶縁フィルム、又は、樹脂枠には、隣り合う電池同士を絶縁するための絶縁部が設けられていることを特徴とする電源装置である。

Claims (5)
- 正極及び負極が交互に逆向きに設けられた複数の電池と、
前記複数の電池を直列に接続するように直線上に並ぶように配列された複数のバスバと、
前記複数のバスバの少なくとも一方の面側に配置されるシート状の絶縁フィルムと、を備えた電源装置であって、
前記複数の電池を固定する樹脂枠をさらに備え、
絶縁フィルム、又は、樹脂枠には、隣り合う電池同士を絶縁するための絶縁部が設けられていることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 前記各電池には、円柱状の電極が設けられ、
前記樹脂枠に設けられた前記絶縁部は、前記隣接するバスバ間に板状に立設して設けられ、かつ、その立設方向の先端が、前記電極の頂部よりも高い位置に位置しているとともに、その前記バスバの配列方向に直交する幅寸法が、前記電極の外径寸法よりも大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電源装置。 - 前記各電池には、円柱状の電極が設けられ、
前記絶縁フィルムに設けられた前記絶縁部は、
前記絶縁フィルムの一部であり、連続された連続部同士が重ねられることで、前記隣接するバスバ間に板状に立設して設けられ、かつ、その立設方向の先端が、前記電極の頂部よりも高い位置に位置しているとともに、その前記バスバの配列方向に直交する幅寸法が、前記バスバの幅寸法よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電源装置。 - 前記絶縁フィルムは、伸縮性を有する合成樹脂から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちいずれか一項記載の電源装置。
- 前記複数のバスバと前記絶縁フィルムとは、粘着層を介して固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のうちいずれか一項記載の電源装置。
