Claims (11)
- プラスチック溶融物を得るための押出し機(1)であって、該押出し機(1)が、プラスチックグラニュール、ボトルフレークまたは繊維材料を収容し、溶融しかつ十分に混練するための入口側押出し機部分(2)と、該入口側押出し機部分(2)に結合された、多軸スクリュ押出し機部分(10)を有する排気シリンダ(3)と、プラスチック溶融物を送出するための出口側押出し機部分(4)とを備えており、押出し機(1)が、駆動される軸(5)を有しており、該軸(5)が、少なくとも排気シリンダ(3)の範囲内に、複数の遊星スクリュ(15)に対する案内体を有しており、該案内体が、軸(5)に連行部を介して相対回動不能に結合されていて、入口側円錐体(12)と出口側円錐体との間に配置されており、遊星スクリュ(15)が、その端部に、排気シリンダ(3)内に配置された少なくとも1つのリングギヤ(17)に噛み合う歯車(16)を有している、プラスチック溶融物を得るための押出し機において、
案内体が、軸方向で少なくとも二分割されており、案内体の各部分(13,14)が、少なくとも1つの連行部を有しており、案内体の一方の部分(13)が、遊星スクリュ(15)の歯車(16)を完全に収容しており、案内体の第2の部分(14)が、遊星スクリュ(15)を少なくとも部分的に収容しており、各歯車(16)と遊星スクリュ(15)とが、相対回動不能にかつ解離可能に互いに結合されており、少なくとも1つのリングギヤ(17)が、それ自体交換可能であるかまたは排気シリンダ(3)の、リングギヤ(17)を収容する部分と共に交換可能であることを特徴とする、プラスチック溶融物を得るための押出し機。 - 少なくとも2つの案内体部分(13,14)が、歯列、好ましくはスプライン歯列を介して軸(5)に相対回動不能にかつ外嵌可能に結合されている、請求項1記載の押出し機。
- 遊星スクリュ(15)が、その少なくとも一方の端部に連行部を有しており、該連行部に歯車(16)が、相対回動不能であるものの解離可能に外嵌されている、請求項1または2記載の押出し機。
- 少なくとも2つの案内体部分(13,14)が、それぞれ軸(5)に相対回動不能に外嵌された入口側円錐体(12)と出口側円錐体との間に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の押出し機。
- 歯車(16)を収容する案内体部分(13)が、出口側円錐体に隣接している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の押出し機。
- 入口側円錐体(12)および/または出口側円錐体が、それぞれ一方の案内体部分(13,14)に固く結合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の押出し機。
- 少なくとも歯車(16)を収容する案内体部分(13)が、入口側円錐体(12)または出口側円錐体に一体に結合されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の押出し機。
- 少なくとも歯車(16)を収容する案内体部分(13)が、好ましくは横断面調整可能なバイパス通路および/またはバイパス孔を有しており、該バイパス通路および/または該バイパス孔を介して、調整可能な量のプラスチック溶融物が、流動抵抗の低減のために、歯車(16)の傍らを通って遊星スクリュ(15)に案内可能である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の押出し機。
- 軸(5)が、少なくとも二分割されており、軸(5)の分割部が、排気シリンダ(3)の範囲内に位置しており、軸(5)の少なくとも2つの部分が、螺合部(9)を介して互いに相対回動不能に結合されており、各軸部分が、少なくとも1つの肩部(11)を有しており、該肩部(11)に、一方の案内体部分(13,14)および/または入口側円錐体(12)もしくは出口側円錐体が、軸方向で支持されており、少なくとも案内体部分(13,14)が、螺合部(9)によって軸方向で互いに緊締されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の押出し機。
- 軸(5)が、少なくとも1つの長手方向孔(8)を有しており、該長手方向孔(8)内に温度調整媒体が案内されるようになっている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の押出し機。
- 軸(5)が、入口側押出し機部分(2)内でかつ/または出口側押出し機部分(4)内でスクリュ(6,7)として形成されているかまたは該軸(5)に相対回動不能に結合された外嵌可能なスクリュを支持している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の押出し機。
