Abstract
【解決手段】本発明における合成樹脂製ボトル1は、底部5を、環状となる周縁部10と、周縁部10より径方向内側に設けられ周縁部10より下方に突出してボトル1の接地部として機能する一方、減圧変形時にボトル1の内部(上方)に向けて変位して周縁部10を接地部として機能させる突条13と、突条13より径方向内側に位置しボトル1の内部に向けて陥没させた陥没凹部14とを備えるものとし、周縁部10は、放射状に延びる複数の溝部15を有することを特徴とする。

Description
前記底部は、環状となる周縁部と、周縁部より径方向内側に設けられ該周縁部より下方に突出してボトルの接地部として機能する一方、減圧変形時にボトルの内部に向けて変位して該周縁部を接地部として機能させる突条と、該突条より径方向内側に位置しボトルの内部に向けて陥没させた陥没凹部とを備え、
該周縁部は、放射状に延びる複数の溝部を有する合成樹脂製ボトルである。
図1は、本発明に従う合成樹脂製ボトルの実施形態を示す側面図であって、図2は、図1に示すボトルの下面図であって、図3は、図1に示すボトルの底部近傍につき、図2のA−Aに沿う要部拡大断面図であって、図4は、図1に示すボトル及びこのボトルに対して溝部の数を変更したボトルにつき、減圧強度と吸収容量との関係を示したグラフである。なお、図3に示した二点鎖線は、減圧吸収時において底部が上方へ変位する状況の一例である。

Claims (3)
- 内容物を注出する口部を有し、この口部から順に肩部、胴部及び底部を一体に形成するとともに内部の減圧に伴い底部をボトル内部方向に変位させて減圧吸収機能を発揮する合成樹脂製ボトルであって、
前記底部は、環状となる周縁部と、周縁部より径方向内側に設けられ該周縁部より下方に突出してボトルの接地部として機能する一方、減圧変形時にボトルの内側に向けて変位して該周縁部を接地部として機能させる突条と、該突条より径方向内側に位置しボトルの内側に向けて陥没させた陥没凹部とを備え、
該周縁部は、放射状に延びる複数の溝部を有する合成樹脂製ボトル。 - 前記溝部は、径方向内側に向けて先細り形状である請求項1に記載の合成樹脂製ボトル。
- 前記溝部は、周方向に等間隔で配置される請求項1又は2に記載の合成樹脂製ボトル。
