Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の箱型容器は、容器本体と蓋が、硫黄が30重量%、高炉スラグが30重量%、焼却灰が30重量%、及びタングステンまたは鉛の金属粉末を含むジシクロペンタジエンまたは硫酸バリウムの固化剤が10重量%からなる配合物を混合し加熱溶融し型枠に投入して冷却固化させた硫黄コンクリートからなる。本発明の箱型構造物は、前後左右の壁と天井と底部が、前記硫黄コンクリートからなる矩形パネルと、矩形パネルを保持する柱と枠と桟からなる鋼材と、で構成される。

Description
図7は、矩形パネル2aの連結箇所を示す図であり、(a)は矩形パネル2aが段部で連結される場合を示す。(b)は矩形パネル2aがH鋼の柱2bに差し込まれて連結される場合を示す。なお、矩形パネル2aと、柱2bや桟2cとの隙間は、別に用意された硫黄コンクリートでシールされることが望ましい。

Claims (3)
- 容器本体と蓋が、10〜20cmの厚さを有し、硫黄が30重量%、高炉スラグが30重量%、石炭の焼却灰が30重量%、及びタングステンまたは鉛の金属粉末を含むジシクロペンタジエンまたは硫酸バリウムの固化剤が10重量%からなる配合物を加熱混練して成形した硫黄コンクリートからなることを特徴とする放射性廃棄物を収容する箱型容器。
- 前後左右の壁と天井と底部が、10〜20cmの厚さを有し、硫黄が30重量%、高炉スラグが30重量%、石炭の焼却灰が30重量%、及びタングステンまたは鉛の金属粉末を含むジシクロペンタジエンまたは硫酸バリウムの固化剤が10重量%からなる配合物を加熱混練して成形した硫黄コンクリートからなる矩形パネルと、前記矩形パネルを保持する柱と枠と桟からなる鋼材と、で構成されることを特徴とする放射性廃棄物を収容する箱型構造物。
- 放射性廃棄物を収容する箱型容器又は箱型構造物を構成する矩形パネルが、
硫黄が30重量%、高炉スラグが30重量%、石炭の焼却灰が30重量%、及びタングステンまたは鉛の金属粉末を含むジシクロペンタジエンまたは硫酸バリウムの固化剤が10重量%からなる配合物の平均粒径を2mm以下の粉末にする段階と、
115℃から150℃で加熱し、前記配合物を混練する段階と、
鉄枠の型に流し込み、固化させる段階と、を経て製造されることを特徴とする放射性廃棄物を収容する箱型容器又は箱型構造物の製造方法。
