Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、配管を構成する管の端部に継手を挿入しこの継手の接続孔と管の端部の内面を溶着すると共に管の外周と継手を溶接する構造の継手を備えた管と、この管の継手が接続可能とされる接続面を備えた本体で構成した接続面を備えた継手と、を用い前記管の継手を前記継手の接続面をボルト結合により配管を構成し、構成された配管に隙間、凹みを存在させない様にして内面を滑らかにした。

Claims (3)
- 作動油を流通させる通路を有する油圧機器のポート又は配管の継手等の接続体に接続される第1接続面と第2接続面と、
前記第1接続面に開口する第1開口端と、
前記第1接続面に開口し前記第1開口端と同心円上に配置した第1連結孔と、
前記第2接続面に開口する第2開口端と、
前記第2接続面に開口し前記第2開口端と同心円上に配置した第2連結孔と、
前記第1開口端と第2開口端を連通する連通通路と、
を備えた本体を有し、
前記本体の前記第1接続面を含む第1平面が前記第2接続面を含む第2平面と交差すると共に、前記第1接続面を第1開口端が中心にされた正方形とし、前記第2接続面を第2開口端が中心にされた正方形を含みその一辺が前記正方形一辺より前記第1連結孔の深さ以上の長さを付加した長さの長方形としたことを特徴とする接続面を備えた継手。 - 配管を構成する管と、
この管の端部が隙間を持って挿入される管端挿入孔とこの管端挿入孔に連設してあり前記管の内径相当の径を有する接続孔とこの接続孔が開口する接続面と備えた管継手と、

前記管端挿入孔に挿入した前記管の端部の内面と前記接続孔の内面を溶着すると共に前記管の外周と前記管継手を溶接したことを特徴とする管継手を備えた管。 - 作動油を流通させる通路を有する油圧機器のポート又は配管の継手等の接続体に接続される第1接続面と第2接続面と、前記第1接続面に開口する第1開口端と、前記第1接続面に開口し前記第1開口端と同心円上に配置した第1連結孔と、前記第2接続面に開口する第2開口端と、前記第2接続面に開口し前記第2開口端と同心円上に配置した第2連結孔と、前記第1開口端と第2開口端を連通する連通通路と、を備えた本体を有し、前記本体の前記第1接続面を含む第1平面が前記第2接続面を含む第2平面と交差すると共に、 前記第1接続面を第1開口端が中心にされた正方形とし、前記第2接続面を第2開口端が中心にされた正方形を含みその一辺が前記正方形一辺より前記第1連結孔の深さ以上の長さを付加した長さの長方形とした接続面を備えた継手と
