Abstract
【解決手段】固定ディスク21、回転ディスク22およびバネ26を含む部品群を本体10とは別の部品ユニット20として構成することにより、本体10の収容部12内の狭い領域で作業を行う必要をなくし、部品ユニット20の組み立てを容易に行うことができるようにする。また、固定ディスク21と回転ディスク22との間に形成される密着面25の方から順に、バネ26をその後にまわして各部品の組み立てを行うことができるようにすることで、固定ディスク21と回転ディスク22とを安定させた状態で部品ユニット20の組み立てを行うことができるようにし、部品ユニット20の組み立て時に密着面25を傷付けてしまう恐れを低減させる。

Claims (3)
- 固定側連通孔を設けた固定ディスクの下面である密着面に回転ディスクを密着させ、当該回転ディスクを回転させて、当該回転ディスクに設けた回転側連通孔を上記固定側連通孔に対向させてガスを流すことにより、ガスバーナへの燃料ガスの供給量を制御するようになされたガス制御弁であって、
上記回転ディスク、上記固定ディスク、および上記回転ディスクを上記固定ディスク側に付勢するバネを少なくとも含む部品群を本体とは別の部品ユニットとして構成し、
上記本体は、上記部品ユニットを収容する収容部を備え、
上記部品ユニットは、上記回転ディスクおよび上記固定ディスクの位置決めをするための軸心ガイドと、モータからの動力を上記回転ディスクへ伝達する動力伝達部材とを備えていることを特徴とするガス制御弁。 - 上記軸心ガイドを上記固定ディスクの中央に立設し、
上記回転ディスクの中央に貫通孔を開設し、
上記貫通孔に上記軸心ガイドを通すことによって上記回転ディスクと上記固定ディスクとが位置決めされるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス制御弁。 - 上記回転ディスクの外径が、上記収容部の内径よりも小さく構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス制御弁。
