Abstract
【解決手段】撹拌機が外部と遮断された状態で動力が伝達されるために、上記撹拌機に従動磁石を形成し、培養タンクの外部に形成される駆動装置には駆動磁石を形成して、駆動磁石と従動磁石を磁力が及ぼす範囲内に配置して、駆動磁石の回転により従動磁石が回転することによって、簡単な構成で製作費用を減らすことができる装置である。

Description
上記撹拌翼中どれか一つの撹拌翼の中央部または反対側の撹拌翼の両端部には上記中央移動路および側面移動路側に掻き揚げられるようにスコップが装着されている撹拌部、及び上記ハウジングの側面には上記撹拌軸が各々反対になる外側方向に回転するように駆動させるための駆動モータを持つ駆動手段を装着している農業用撹拌装置が開示されているが、複数の撹拌翼によって撹拌速度が早く行われるとしてもハウジングに形成されている撹拌軸は回転動力を外部より伝達されることによってハウジングの一部を貫いてハウジングと撹拌軸の間に隙間が生じることになる。

Claims (4)
- 液状のきのこ種菌を培養する培養装置において、
上記培養装置はきのこ種菌を培養する培養タンク(10)と、
上記培養タンク(10)内に回転可能な状態で設置され従動磁石(24)と結合されている撹拌機(20)と、
上記培養装置の外部に形成され上記従動磁石(24)を作動させるための駆動磁石(35)が設置されて、上記駆動磁石(35)を駆動させる駆動モータ(33)を備えた駆動裝置(30)と、
で構成されることを特徴とするキノコ種菌培養装置。 - 第1項において、
上記撹拌機(20)は、培養タンク(10)の一部に形成されている内部ブラケット (21)と、上記内部ブラケット(21)の突出部(22)に結合し上記突出部(22)を中心に回転可能なインぺラ(23)と、上記インぺラ(23)に結合している従動磁石(24)で構成されることを特徴とするキノコ種菌培養装置。 - 第1項において、
上記駆動裝置(30)は、内部ブラケット(21)にはボルトなどの締結なく結合されている外部ブラケット(31)と、上記外部ブラケット(31)に結合されている減速器(32)と、上記減速器(32)で動力を伝達する駆動モータ(33)と、駆動モータ(33)の回転動力によって駆動磁石(35)が結合されている駆動軸(34)で回転できるように構成されることを特徴とするキノコ種菌培養装置。 - 第1項において、
上記培養タンク(10)は、蓋(11)を閉めた時内部ブラケット(21)によって外部とは完全に遮断されることを特徴とするキノコ種菌培養装置。
