Claims (3)
- 미생물 배양 원료 또는 각종 미생물을 이용한 액비 발효 원료를 수중에서 배양하기 위한 통상의 배양수조함과, 이 배양수조함의 하부에 각종 전장부품 및 기기장치를 수용하는 기계실을 갖는 배양기에 있어서,상기 기계실의 구동모터의 구동력을 매개로 회전 가능하게 지지되고, 내부에 배양 또는 액비원료를 수납 가능하고 이 배양 또는 액비원료를 회전하면서 흔들기 작업을 수중에서 수행하고 회전력을 이용하여 배양 또는 발효 원료로부터 배양 또는 발효액을 취출 가능하도록, 상기 배양수조함의 내부에 배치된 회전 여과통과,상기 회전 여과통과 결합하는 상기 구동모터의 회전축과 상기 배양수조함 사이를 밀폐하도록 상기 배양수조함의 저부에 밀폐 가능하게 접속된 밀폐 슬리브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전 여과통은 상기 구동모터의 회전축의 상부에 고정된 베이스 플레이트에 탈부착 가능하게 탑재된 것을 특징으로 하는 배양기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 구동모터의 회전축은 하측에 전동풀리가 부착되어 제2의 구동모터와 전동벨트에 의해 전동 회전하면서 상하 이송 가능하도록 외측의 회전경통과 내측의 다줄나선 구조의 이송스큐류가 나사 결합되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배양기.
