Abstract
【解決手段】制御弁1は、一端側が第1ガイド孔73に摺動可能に支持され、主弁孔18に接離して主弁を開閉する主弁体32が設けられる一方、他端側が圧力室56に配置され、第2ガイド孔74に摺動可能に支持される摺動部86が設けられた弁駆動体30と、一端部が弁駆動体30に固定され、吸入室の吸入圧力Psを感知し、その吸入圧力Psが設定圧力よりも低くなると弁駆動体30に開弁方向の力を作用させるパワーエレメント6と、弁駆動体30と作動連結可能に設けられた伝達ロッド58と、設定圧力に応じた閉弁方向のソレノイド力を伝達ロッド58を介して弁駆動体30に作用させるソレノイド3と、を備える。

Description
ボディ5の軸線方向中間部には主弁孔18と第1ガイド孔73とが同軸状に設けられ、その主弁孔18と第1ガイド孔73との間にポート14が設けられている。ボディ5は、主弁孔18のポート14とは反対側にて拡径されるとともに、第1ガイド孔73のポート14とは反対側にて拡径されている。ボディ5の下部は第2ガイド孔74を形成する。
図3および図4は、制御弁の動作を表す図であり、図2に対応する。既に説明した図2は、制御弁の最小容量運転状態を示している。図3は、制御弁のブリード機能を動作させたときの状態を示している。図4は、比較的安定した制御状態を示している。以下においては、図1に基づき、適宜図2〜図4を参照しつつ説明する。
Claims (9)
- 吸入室に導入される冷媒を圧縮して吐出室から吐出する可変容量圧縮機の吐出容量を、前記吐出室からクランク室に導入する冷媒の流量を制御することにより変化させる可変容量圧縮機用制御弁において、
前記吐出室に連通する吐出圧力室と、前記クランク室に連通するクランク圧力室と、被感知圧力が導入される圧力感知室と、前記吐出圧力室と前記クランク圧力室との間に設けられる主弁孔と、前記吐出圧力室と前記圧力感知室との間に設けられる第1ガイド孔と、前記圧力感知室に設けられる第2ガイド孔と、が形成されたボディと、
一端側が前記第1ガイド孔に摺動可能に支持され、前記主弁孔に接離して主弁を開閉する主弁体が設けられる一方、他端側が前記圧力感知室に配置され、前記第2ガイド孔に摺動可能に支持される摺動部が設けられた弁駆動体と、
一端部が前記弁駆動体に固定され、前記吸入室の吸入圧力または前記クランク室のクランク圧力を前記被感知圧力として感知し、その被感知圧力が設定圧力よりも低くなると前記弁駆動体に開弁方向の力を作用させる感圧部と、
前記弁駆動体と作動連結可能に設けられた伝達ロッドと、
前記設定圧力に応じた閉弁方向のソレノイド力を前記伝達ロッドを介して前記弁駆動体に作用させるソレノイドと、
を備えることを特徴とする可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記感圧部は、前記弁駆動体の内方に収容されるように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御弁。
- 前記伝達ロッドは、前記弁駆動体の前記主弁体とは反対側の端部に遊嵌され、前記弁駆動体に対して近接方向に駆動されることにより前記弁駆動体と作動連結し、前記弁駆動体に対して離間方向に駆動されることにより前記弁駆動体との作動連結が解除されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
- 前記ソレノイドに設けられ、前記伝達ロッドを前記主弁の開弁方向に付勢するための第1の付勢部材と、
前記ボディと前記感圧部との間に設けられ、前記感圧部を前記主弁の開弁方向に付勢するための第2の付勢部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記吸入室の吸入圧力を前記被感知圧力として感知する制御弁として構成され、
前記ボディの一端側から、前記クランク室と前記クランク圧力室とを連通させるクランク室連通ポート、前記吐出室と前記吐出圧力室とを連通させる吐出室連通ポート、前記吸入室と前記圧力感知室とを連通させる吸入室連通ポートが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記弁駆動体の内方に形成され、前記クランク室連通ポートと前記吸入室連通ポートとを連通させるための内部通路と、
前記内部通路に設けられた副弁を開閉する副弁体をさらに備え、
前記感圧部は、前記副弁体に前記副弁の開閉方向の駆動力を付与可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記クランク圧力室から前記内部通路に延在する区画部材をさらに備え、
前記区画部材の先端部に副弁座が設けられ、
前記感圧部の一端部が前記弁駆動体の前記主弁体とは反対側の端部に固定され、
前記副弁体が前記感圧部の他端部と一体動作可能に設けられ、前記副弁座に着脱して前記副弁を開閉することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記ソレノイドに設けられ、前記伝達ロッドを前記主弁の開弁方向に付勢するための第1のスプリングと、
前記ボディと前記感圧部との間に設けられ、前記感圧部を前記主弁の開弁方向に付勢するための第2のスプリングと、
を備え、
前記区画部材と前記副弁体との間に前記第2のスプリングを介装していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。 - 前記感圧部は、
前記弁駆動体に固定されるベース部材と、
一端が前記ベース部材に固定され、他端が封止されたベローズと、
前記ベローズの内方に設けられ、前記ベローズの他端と前記ベース部材とを離間方向に付勢する第3のスプリングと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の可変容量圧縮機用制御弁。
