Description
HEMA:2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート
M−90G:メトキシポリエチレングリコール#400メタクリレート
Bis−GMA:2,2−ビス−4−(3−メタクリルオキシ−2−ヒドロキシプロピル)−フェニルプロパン
TEGDMA:トリエチレングリコールジメタクリレート
UDMA:ジ−2−メタクリロキシエチル−2,2,4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジカルバメート
MDP:10−メタクリロイルオキシデシルジハイドロジェンホスフェート
4MET:4−メタクリロキシエチルトリメリット酸
CHPO:クメンヒドロペルオキシド
tBHPO:tert−ブチルヒドロペルオキシド
SiO2粉末:二酸化ケイ素粉末
ガラス粉末:フィラーとして配合するガラス粉末は下記表2を参照。
アエロジル:ヒュームドシリカ(商品名 R812,日本アエロジル社製)
DW:蒸留水
IA:6−tert−ブチル−2,4−キシレノール
TPO:2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイルジフェニルフォスフィンオキサイド
湿潤条件下での硬化性を評価するために、各実施例及び比較例において、JIS/6609−1:2005 8.4に準じて圧縮試験を行った。すなわち、第一成分と第二成分とを重量比1:1で練和したものを直径4mm、高さ6mmの金型に填入して湿潤条件下(湿度100%)で1時間硬化させた後、37℃の水中に24時間浸漬したものをクロスヘッドスピード1mm/min.にて圧縮試験を実施した。なお、通常は練和終了から24時間後に圧縮試験を行うが、本発明に係る重合性組成物の初期の硬化性も併せて評価するため、練和終了から10分後の圧縮試験も併せて行った。この場合、硬化体は湿潤条件下で硬化したのみで、37℃の水中に24時間浸漬する過程は行っていない。結果を表2に示す。
各実施例及び比較例において、重合性組成物は50℃において保管され、それぞれ0(調製時),12週間後に硬化時間が測定された。23±1℃の恒温室内において、第一成分0.2g、第二成分0.2gを練和紙上に測り採り、スパチュラを用いて15秒間の練和操作を行うことで均一に混合し、この重合性組成物の発熱曲線をISO4029:2000 7.6に準じて測定した。また、硬化時間の読み取り方法はISO4029:2000 7.8に準じた。結果を表2に示す。
