Abstract
【解決手段】セルスペースを含むエネルギ蓄積器であって、このセルスペースには、アノード、カソード、および、アノードとカソードとの間に配置される電解質が配置されている、エネルギ蓄積器において、セルスペースは、少なくとも一部分がケーシングによって外部環境から隔離されており、ケーシングが、エネルギ蓄積器の動作時にケーシング内に存在する少なくとも1つの成分またはこの成分の反応生成物を検出する検出手段を有する、ことを特徴とするエネルギ蓄積器を構成する。

Description
リチウム−イオン−バッテリは、多くの日常的な応用分野においてエネルギ蓄積器として広く使用されている。リチウム−イオン−バッテリは、例えば、ラップトップなどのコンピュータ、移動電話、スマートフォンおよび別の応用に使用されている。今日、強力に推進されている例えば自動車などの車両の電化においても上記のバッテリは有利である。
Claims (10)
- セルスペースを含む殊にリチウム−イオン−バッテリのようなエネルギ蓄積器であって、
当該セルスペースには、アノード、カソード、および、アノードとカソードとの間に配置される電解質が配置されている、エネルギ蓄積器において、
前記セルスペースは、少なくとも一部分がケーシング(12)によって外部環境から隔離されており、
前記ケーシング(12)は、前記エネルギ蓄積器(10)の動作時に前記ケーシング(12)内に存在する少なくとも1つの成分または当該成分の反応生成物を検出する検出手段(18)を有する、
ことを特徴とするエネルギ蓄積器(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のエネルギ蓄積器において、
前記検出手段(18)は、コーティングの形態で前記ケーシング(12)の外側面に被着されている、
ことを特徴とするエネルギ蓄積器(10)。 - 請求項2に記載のエネルギ蓄積器において、
前記ケーシング(12)は、前記検出手段(18)によって完全にコーティングされている、
ことを特徴とするエネルギ蓄積器(10)。 - 請求項1また2に記載のエネルギ蓄積器において、
前記検出手段(18)は、前記ケーシング(12)の接続箇所に配置されている、
ことを特徴とするエネルギ蓄積器(10)。 - 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のエネルギ蓄積器において、
前記検出手段(18)により、電解質構成要素または電解質構成要素の反応性生成物を検出可能である、
ことを特徴とするエネルギ蓄積器(10)。 - 請求項5に記載のエネルギ蓄積器において、
前記検出手段は、ジルコニウム−アリザリン−Sおよびチオシアン酸鉄からなるグループから選択される、
ことを特徴とするエネルギ蓄積器(10)。 - 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載のエネルギ蓄積器において、
前記検出手段(18)は、前記エネルギ蓄積器(10)の動作時に前記ケーシング(12)内に存在する成分を感知する、または当該成分の反応生成物を感知する電極を有する、
ことを特徴とするエネルギ蓄積器(10)。 - 殊にリチウム−イオン−バッテリのようなエネルギ蓄積器(10)を製造する方法において、
当該エネルギ蓄積器(10)の動作時にケーシング(12)内に存在する少なくとも1つの成分または当該成分の反応生成物を検出するための検出手段(18)を前記エネルギ蓄積器(10)のケーシングに被着する方法ステップを含む、
ことを特徴とする、エネルギ蓄積器(10)を製造する方法。 - 請求項8に記載の方法において、
前記検出手段(18)をコーティングの形態で前記ケーシング(12)に被着する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 殊にリチウム−イオン−バッテリのようなエネルギ蓄積器(10)を製造するために、エネルギ蓄積器の動作時にエネルギ蓄積器(10)のケーシング(12)内に存在する少なくとも1つの成分または当該成分の反応生成物を検出するための検出手段(18)を使用する、
ことを特徴とする使用方法。
