Abstract
【解決手段】表面が絶縁膜で蒸着されたコイル電極111が内部に配置された電極本体110と、前記電極本体の両側部に形成され、前記コイル電極に連結された外部端子120と、を含み、前記電極本体は磁性粉末112が混合された絶縁物質からなるコイル部品100及びその製造方法を提示する。

Claims (14)
- 表面が絶縁膜で蒸着されたコイル電極が内部に配置された電極本体と、
前記電極本体の両側部に形成され、前記コイル電極に連結される外部端子と、を含み、
前記電極本体は磁性粉末が混合された絶縁物質からなる、コイル部品。 - 前記磁性粉末の粒径は前記コイル電極のパターン間の間隔より小さい、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性粉末は粒径が互いに異なる異種の粒子で構成される、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記磁性粉末は、
2〜3μmの粒径を有する粗粒子と、0.3〜0.5μmの粒径を有する微粒子と、で構成される、請求項3に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記磁性粉末は、
Mn‐Zn系、Ni‐Zn系、Ni‐Zn‐Mg系、Mn‐Mg‐Zn系のフェライトのうち何れか一つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記絶縁膜は、
前記コイル電極が酸化処理されて形成された酸化物からなる、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記コイル電極の下部面と接合する絶縁層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイル電極は、
複数個で構成され、前記電極本体の内部に高さ方向に垂直に配置される、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記コイル部品は、
磁性体基板を下部に設け、薄膜工程により形成される薄膜型のコイル部品である、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - (a)磁性体基板を準備する段階と、
(b)前記磁性体基板の一面にコイル電極及び外部端子を形成する段階と、
(c)前記コイル電極が形成された磁性体基板の表面に酸化処理を施す段階と、
(d)前記コイル電極が覆われるように磁性粉末と絶縁物質が混合されたスラリーを前記磁性体基板の表面に塗布する段階と、
を含む、コイル部品の製造方法。 - 前記(c)段階の後、めっき工程をさらに行い、前記外部端子を所定高さで形成し、磁性粉末と絶縁物質が混合されたスラリーを前記外部端子の高さまで塗布する、請求項10に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記(c)段階によって形成された前記外部端子表面の絶縁膜をエッチングした後、めっき工程をさらに行う、請求項11に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記磁性体基板の一面に絶縁層を塗布し、前記コイル電極及び外部端子を前記絶縁層の上面に形成する、請求項10に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
- 前記(b)〜(d)段階を繰り返して行い、前記コイル電極を複数層に形成する、請求項10に記載のコイル部品の製造方法。
