Abstract
【解決手段】 上記課題は、電力センサから収集された電力量を取得し、対象月の目標削減率、及び過去同月の電力使用量と目標削減率から目標削減量を算出し、期間毎の削減率を期間削減率として算出し、メッセージを出力する判定条件をメッセージ文毎に格納したメッセージ知識データベースを用い、連続した複数の期間の達成状況のシーケンスと、期間毎の期間削減率をもとに知識データベースの判定条件に適合するか否かを判定し、適合すると判定されたメッセージをもとにメッセージ文を生成して出力する省エネルギー行動継続支援システムにより、解決できる。

制御部101は、ステップ801で入力された実施記録を、データ蓄積データベース118に格納するステップ802を実施する。例えば、画面例1100から画面例1300で入力された記録の場合、レコード30Bのように格納されることになる。

- 電力センサから収集された電力量を取得する電力使用量取得部と、
対象期間の目標削減率、及び過去同対象期間の電力使用量と目標削減率から目標削減量を算出する目標設定部と、
前記対象期間の初日から一定日数毎に複数の期間に区切り、各々の期間末の目標削減量を期間目標削減量として算出する期間目標算出部と、
前記対象期間の初日から対象日までの削減量の合計を累積削減量として算出する累積値算出部と、
期間末に、前記累積削減量を前記期間目標削減量と比較して前記対象期間の達成状況を算出する目標達成算出部と、
期間毎の削減率を期間削減率として算出する期間削減率算出部と、
メッセージを出力する判定条件をメッセージ文毎に格納したメッセージ知識データベースと、
連続した複数の前記対象期間の前記達成状況と、期間毎の期間削減率をもとに前記知識データベースの判定条件に適合するか否かを判定するメッセージ判定部と、
前記メッセージ判定部で適合すると判定されたメッセージをもとにメッセージ文を生成するメッセージ文生成部と、
前記メッセージ文生成部が生成したメッセージを出力するメッセージ出力部と、を有することを特徴とする省エネルギー行動継続支援システム。 - 請求項1に記載の省エネルギー行動継続支援システムであって、
エネルギーの消費を抑制する省エネ行動の項目と、前記項目を実施したときに抑制されるエネルギーの削減量とを格納した省エネ行動データベースと、
前記省エネ行動データベースに記載された省エネ行動の実施結果を入力させる行動実施入力部と、
前記メッセージ判定部が、期間毎の省エネ行動の実施結果に応じて、メッセージを変えることを特徴とする省エネルギー行動継続支援システム。 - 請求項2に記載の省エネルギー行動継続支援システムであって、
前記行動実施入力部が、省エネ行動の阻害要因となる事象をイベント情報としての入力を受け付け、
前記メッセージ判定部が、期間毎のイベント情報に基づいて、メッセージを変えることを特徴とする省エネルギー行動継続支援システム。 - 請求項1に記載の省エネルギー行動継続支援システムであって、
前記目標達成判定部が、最新の期間使用率をもとに、月末の累積使用量の予測値である予測累積使用量を算出し、前記予測累積使用量と目標使用量とを比較して目標達成するか否かを判定結果として算出し、
前記メッセージ判定部が、前記判定結果に応じて、メッセージを変えることを特徴とする省エネルギー行動継続支援システム。 - 請求項1に記載の省エネルギー行動継続支援システムであって、
前記メッセージ知識データベースは、前記メッセージ文毎に優先度を有し、
前記メッセージ文生成部は、前記優先度に基づいて前記メッセージ文を生成することを特徴とする省エネルギー行動継続システム。 - 請求項1に記載の省エネルギー行動継続支援システムであって、
前記メッセージ出力部は、前記メッセージとともに前記達成状況を表示することを特徴とする省エネルギー行動継続システム。 - 請求項1に記載の省エネルギー行動継続支援システムであって、
前記メッセージ知識データベースは、前記メッセージ文毎に着目点情報を有し、
前記メッセージ出力部は、前記メッセージとともに、前記メッセージに対応する前記着目点情報を表示することを特徴とする省エネルギー行動継続システム。 - 請求項6に記載の省エネルギー行動継続支援システムであって、
前記メッセージ知識データベースは、日付情報と気温情報とを有し、
前記メッセージ出力部は、前記達成状況とともに、前記日付情報と前記気温情報とを表示することを特徴とする省エネルギー行動継続システム。 - 電力センサから収集された電力量を取得する電力使用量取得部と、
対象期間の目標使用率、及び過去同対象期間の電力使用量と目標使用率から目標使用量を算出する目標設定部と、
前記対象期間の初日から一定日数毎に複数の期間に区切り、各々の期間末の目標使用量を期間目標使用量として算出する期間目標算出部と、
前記対象期間の初日から対象日までの使用量の合計を累積使用量として算出する累積値算出部と、
