Abstract
【解決手段】太陽電池セル100において、フィンガー電極3は、逆方向から、フィンガー電極3と交差する方向に延びてTAB線が接続されるTAB領域SFに至る複数の第一フィンガー電極及び複数の第二フィンガー電極を備える。

Claims (13)
- 基板の受光面に配置された複数のフィンガー電極を有し、
前記フィンガー電極は、逆方向から、前記フィンガー電極と交差する方向に延びてTAB線が接続されるTAB領域に至る複数の第一フィンガー電極及び複数の第二フィンガー電極を備える、太陽電池セル。 - 前記フィンガー電極は、前記TAB領域と直交する方向に延びる、請求項1に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記複数の第一フィンガー電極の前記TAB領域に至る先端及び前記複数の第二フィンガー電極の前記TAB領域に至る先端は、当該TAB領域の延在方向と平行な線上にある、請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記複数の第一フィンガー電極の前記TAB領域に至る先端及び前記複数の第二フィンガー電極の前記TAB領域に至る先端は、当該TAB領域の幅方向の中心から等距離にある、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記TAB領域において、前記第一フィンガー電極と前記第二フィンガー電極とが前記TAB領域の延在方向に交互に設けられている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記第一フィンガー電極と前記第二フィンガー電極とは、前記TAB領域の延在方向に重なる、請求項5に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記TAB領域の延在方向に隣接する少なくとも一対の前記第一フィンガー電極と前記第二フィンガー電極とが接触している、請求項6に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記TAB領域の延在方向に隣接する全ての前記フィンガー電極が離間している、請求項6に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記第一フィンガー電極と前記第二フィンガー電極とが重なる長さは、前記TAB領域の幅以下である、請求項6〜8の何れか一項に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記第一フィンガー電極と前記第二フィンガー電極とが重なる長さは、前記TAB領域の幅と略同一である、請求項9の何れか一項に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 前記第一フィンガー電極と前記第二フィンガー電極とが重なる長さは、前記TAB領域の幅の10%以上である、請求項6〜8の何れか一項に記載の太陽電池セル。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の太陽電池セルが複数配置され、
TAB線が、前記複数の太陽電池セルのうち所定の太陽電池セルのTAB領域に沿って配置され、接着剤により前記所定の太陽電池セルの前記第一フィンガー電極及び前記第二フィンガー電極に連結され、
前記TAB線が、前記複数の太陽電池セルのうち他の太陽電池セルの裏面に形成された裏面電極に更に連結されている、太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記接着剤が、導電性接着剤又は絶縁性接着剤である、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
