Abstract
【解決手段】熱交換器は、複数のチューブ20を備え、それらのチューブのうち少なくとも一部のものは断面が楕円形または長円形であり、各チューブは長手方向軸を有する。各楕円形チューブは、長軸と短軸とを有する。複数のチューブは、楕円形チューブの長軸が熱交換器の中心線と交差するように、放射状に配列されている。複数のチューブは、ヒータマウント12に熱的に接続され、ヒータが、ヒータマウントに熱的に接続されている。固定要素48が、複数のチューブ、ヒータ、ヒータマウントを一緒に保持している。

Claims (8)
- 長手方向軸を有するチューブであって、断面が楕円形または長円形であるチューブと、
前記チューブ内で長手方向に延在し、加熱されるプロセス流体を受け入れるためのチューブライナーと、
前記チューブと前記チューブライナーとの間に長手方向に延在し、パージ流体を受け入れるための流路と、
前記チューブの外面に熱的に接触して、それを加熱するヒータと、
を備える、熱交換器。 - 前記チューブは金属材料を含み、前記チューブライナーは熱可塑性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器であって、
複数のチューブであって、該チューブのうち少なくとも一部のものは断面が楕円形または長円形であり、また、各チューブは長手方向軸を有し、各楕円形チューブは長軸と短軸とを有し、該複数のチューブは、前記楕円形チューブの長軸が当該熱交換器の中心線と交差するように、放射状に配列されている、複数のチューブと、
前記複数のチューブのうち少なくとも2つが熱的に接続しているヒータマウントと、
前記ヒータマウントに熱的に接続されているヒータと、
前記複数のチューブ、前記ヒータ、前記ヒータマウントを一緒に保持するための固定要素と、
を備える、熱交換器。 - 前記複数のチューブの各端部に隣接して配置されたエンドプレートまたは支持ディスクをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- エンドプレートまたは支持ディスクに取り付けられる分流器と、該分流器の上から取り付けられるエンドキャップと、をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記分流器は構成可能である、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器であって、
複数のチューブであって、該チューブのうち少なくとも一部のものは断面が楕円形または長円形であり、また、各チューブは長手方向軸を有し、各楕円形チューブは長軸と短軸とを有し、該複数のチューブは、前記楕円形チューブの長軸が当該熱交換器の中心線と交差するように、放射状に配列されている、複数のチューブと、
前記複数のチューブのうち少なくとも2つが熱的に接続している細長いヒータマウントと、
前記ヒータマウントに熱的に接続され、前記ヒータマウントの溝の中に収容されているヒータ・カートリッジと、
前記複数のチューブ、前記ヒータ・カートリッジ、前記ヒータマウントを一緒に保持するための固定要素と、
を備える、熱交換器。 - 前記複数のチューブの各端部に隣接して配置されたエンドプレートまたは支持ディスクをさらに備える、請求項7に記載の熱交換器。
