ゴボウのチロシナーゼ阻害に関する検討

試験管内でのチロシナーゼ反応は、B液1.5ml、C液0.15mlと各濃度に希釈したサンプル0.15mlを混合し、37℃で10分間プレインキュベーションし、次にD液1.5mlを加えて同温度で20分間インキュベーションすることで実施させた。その後、490nmの吸光度を測定することでチロシナーゼ活性を評価した。コントロールは、サンプルの代わりに80%メタノールを添加した。各試験区には、C液の代わりにA液を添加したブランクを設定した。
