Abstract
【解決手段】冷蔵庫の冷蔵室に設けられる減圧貯蔵室24の天井部42には、光触媒層71の形成されたガラス部材70がシール部材72を介して取り付けられている。ガラス部材70の上側には、僅かな隙間を介して光源80が配置される。光源80のLED83が点灯すると、その光はガラス部材70を透過して光触媒層71に入射する。これにより光触媒層71は水分などからラジカルを生成し、そのラジカルによって食品からのガスなどを二酸化炭素と水に分解する。貯蔵室24の二酸化炭素濃度が上昇することで、野菜の呼吸が抑制され、肉および魚の酵素反応も抑制され、微生物の繁殖も抑制される。

Claims (9)
- 食品を収容する貯蔵室を備える冷蔵庫において、
前記貯蔵室は密閉構造を有しており、
前記貯蔵室内の二酸化炭素を増加させるための二酸化炭素増加装置を設けた、
冷蔵庫。
- 前記二酸化炭素増加装置は、前記貯蔵室に貯蔵された食品から発生する食品ガスを分解することで二酸化炭素を発生させる、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記二酸化炭素増加装置は、光源と、この光源から入射する光線のエネルギを利用することで前記食品ガスから二酸化炭素を生成させる光触媒と、を備える請求項2に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記光源から出力される光線が前記貯蔵室内の食品に照射されるのを抑制するための遮光部材を備える、請求項3に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記貯蔵室の圧力を減圧するための減圧装置を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記減圧装置により前記貯蔵室の圧力を所定圧まで低下させてから、前記二酸化炭素増加装置を作動させる、請求項5に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記貯蔵室の少なくともいずれか一つの壁部には透明な窓部が設けられており、
前記貯蔵室内に位置して前記窓部の内側面には前記光触媒の層が設けられており、
前記窓部の外側に位置して前記貯蔵室には前記光源が設けられている、
請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の冷蔵庫。
- 食品を保存するための方法であって、
容器に食品を収容して密閉し、
二酸化炭素増加装置により、前記食品から発生するガスを分解して二酸化炭素を発生させ、
前記容器内の二酸化炭素の濃度を大気中の二酸化炭素濃度よりも高く維持する、
食品保存方法。
- 前記二酸化炭素増加装置の作動前に、前記密閉容器内の圧力を低下させるための減圧装置を作動させて、前記密閉容器内の圧力を所定圧以下まで低下させる、
