Abstract
【解決手段】フューザー部材は、フルオロエラストマーとペルフルオロポリエーテル化合物とを含む反応混合物からつくられるフルオロエラストマー・ペルフルオロポリエーテルコンポジットを含む表面層を含む。フューザー部材を製造する方法、およびフューザー部材を含む印刷システム。

Description
比較例1の場合、Dai−el G−621フルオロポリマーを含む表面を評価した。固体フルオロエラストマーをMIBKに加え、固形分が20重量%のポリマー溶液を作製した。アミノシラン架橋剤を加えた。この材料をロールミルで10〜15分間回転させ、次いで、適切に調製した基材に対し、すぐにコーティングした。コーティングされた材料配合物から溶媒を除去したら、対流式オーブン中、450°Fで16時間加熱した。
実施例1の場合、Dai−el G−621フルオロポリマーと、配合物(から溶媒を引いたもの)の重量の10wt%のFluorolink S10のコンポジットからつくられた表面を評価した。固体のフルオロエラストマーをMIBKに加え、固形分が20重量%のポリマー溶液を作製した。80℃で加熱し、一定速度で撹拌しつつ、アミノシランカップリング剤を上の溶液に加えた。約5分後、PFPEグラフト材料(Fluorolink S10)を上の溶液に加え、撹拌を2〜4時間続けた。この材料を冷却し、さらなるアミノシラン架橋剤を加えた。この材料をロールミルで10〜15分間回転させ、適切に調製した基材に対し、すぐにコーティングした。コーティングされた材料配合物から溶媒を除去したら、対流式オーブン中、450°Fで16時間加熱した。
接触角、すべり角、印刷評価を行なった。接触角およびすべり角の評価をヘキサデカンを用いて行った。
Claims (3)
- 表面層を含み、表面層が、フルオロエラストマーとペルフルオロポリエーテル化合物とを含む反応混合物からつくられるフルオロエラストマー・ペルフルオロポリエーテルコンポジットを含む、フューザー部材。
- フューザー部材の表面層を製造する方法であって、
表面層組成物を型に堆積させることと、
表面層を高温で硬化させることとを含み、
表面層組成物が、フルオロエラストマーとペルフルオロポリエーテル化合物の反応からつくられるコンポジットを含む、方法。 - 表面層を含むフューザー部材を備え、
表面層が、フルオロエラストマーとペルフルオロポリエーテル化合物を含む反応混合物からつくられるフルオロエラストマー・ペルフルオロポリエーテルコンポジットを含む、印刷システム。
