Abstract
【解決手段】隙間欠陥を有する金属物品を用意する工程と、隙間欠陥が形成された領域の材料を金属物品から取り除き、隙間を形成する工程と、この形成隙間の中に修理用材料を配置する工程と、金属物品と修理用材料との間に画定される接合ランドを封止し、真空化する工程と、熱間等静圧圧縮成形法を使用して修理用材料と金属物品を処理することにより修理を実施する工程とを含む。

Claims (20)
- 金属物品を修理するための方法であって、
隙間欠陥を有する金属物品を用意する工程と、
前記隙間欠陥が形成された領域の材料を前記金属物品から取り除き、隙間を形成する工程と、
前記形成隙間の中に修理用材料を配置する工程と、
前記金属物品と前記修理用材料との間に画定される接合ランドを封止し、真空化する工程と、
熱間等静圧圧縮成形法を使用して前記修理用材料と前記金属物品を処理することで修理を完成させる工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記金属物品がガスタービンエンジン部品を構成する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記形成隙間が前記隙間欠陥の容積よりも大きい容積を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記修理用材料は、別個の金属部品または金属粉末状である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記接合ランドを封止する工程が、前記接合ランドの表面領域を封止することによって実施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記表面領域上で封止された材料の厚さが、約0.01mmから約1.0mmの範囲にある、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記表面領域上で封止された前記材料の厚さが約0.5mmである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記接合ランドを封止し、真空化する工程が、真空状態で実施される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記接合ランドの前記表面領域を封止する工程により、連続したヘッド−テール接続の接合線が形成される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記接合ランドの前記表面領域を封止する工程により、不連続接続の接合線が形成され、前記表面領域上に開口を画定する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記接合ランドを真空化するために脱ガスチューブが前記開口を介して前記接合ランドと流体連絡するように使用される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記接合ランドの前記表面領域を封止する工程が粉末マイクロスパーク堆積工程を使用して実施される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記熱間等静圧圧縮成形法によって前記修理用材料と前記金属物品を処理する工程の後に前記表面領域を機械加工する工程をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ガスタービンエンジン部品を修理するための方法であって、
隙間欠陥を有するガスタービンエンジン部品を用意する工程と、
前記隙間欠陥が形成された領域の材料を前記ガスタービンエンジン部品から取り除き、隙間を形成する工程と、
前記形成隙間の中に修理用材料を配置する工程と、
接合ランドの表面領域を封止し、前記ガスタービンエンジン部品と前記修理用材料との間に画定される前記接合ランドを真空化する工程と、
熱間等静圧圧縮成形法を使用して前記修理用材料と前記ガスタービンエンジン部品を処理することで修理を完成させる工程と、
を含む方法。 - 前記形成隙間が前記隙間欠陥の容積よりも大きい容積を有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記修理用材料は、別個の金属部品である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記接合ランドの前記表面領域を封止し、前記接合ランドを真空化する工程が、非真空状態で実施される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記接合ランドの前記表面領域を封止する工程により、不連続接続の接合線が形成される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記接合ランドの前記表面領域を封止する工程が、粉末マイクロスパーク堆積工程を使用して実施される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記表面領域上で封止された材料の厚さが、約0.01mmから約1.0mmの範囲にある、請求項14に記載の方法。
