Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic that has good conformability to the skin, suppresses stickiness after use, is excellent in a moisturizing effect and a wrinkle-suppressing effect, and has a good makeup stickiness.
The surface of human skin is usually protected with a sebum film, and the transpiration of water is appropriately controlled. Keeping the skin moisture moderately is very important from the viewpoint of skin health. If the moisture is insufficient, rough skin and the like are likely to occur. For example, when the sebum film is temporarily removed by face washing, bathing, etc., the moisture of the skin is easily lost. In such a case, it is necessary to supplement the skin with moisture by using a moisturizing cosmetic such as a lotion, milky lotion, cream, or cosmetic liquid.
Generally, such skin cosmetics are blended with glycerin, 1,3-butylene glycol, polyhydric alcohols such as sorbitol, pyrrolidone carboxylate and the like as moisturizers. However, these humectants have good moisture retention under high humidity, but poor moisture retention under low humidity. Therefore, these moisturizers sometimes have poor moisturizing effects.
Therefore, various moisturizing ingredients such as chitin (and its derivatives), chitosan (and its derivatives), hyaluronic acid (and its derivatives), etc. Highly moisturizing ingredients have been proposed. However, when these high moisturizing ingredients are blended in cosmetics, the high moisturizing power may cause unpleasant stickiness, and the elongation and familiarity with the skin may be worsened.
For example, Patent Document 1 describes an external preparation for skin that combines mucopolysaccharide and trehalose to improve stickiness while maintaining a high moisturizing effect. However, this external preparation for skin may not be able to sufficiently suppress stickiness, and further, sufficient performance is not obtained with respect to skin conformability, wrinkle suppression, and the effect of improving makeup flesh.
On the other hand, skin aging progresses due to dryness, aging, ultraviolet rays, etc., resulting in increased spots, dullness, freckles, reduced skin elasticity, increased wrinkles, and the like. In particular, the increase in wrinkles, which is a remarkable change in appearance, is a symbol of the skin aging phenomenon. Here, it is known that collagen, which accounts for about 70% of the skin dermis, is deeply involved in the formation of wrinkles. For example, collagen is denatured by ultraviolet rays or aging and its function is lowered, or the ability to synthesize collagen in skin fibroblasts is reduced, thereby causing wrinkle formation and skin elasticity. Therefore, promoting the synthesis of collagen to maintain the amount of collagen is effective in preventing and improving wrinkles and improving skin elasticity, and for the purpose of preventing skin aging represented by wrinkles. There has been an active search for components that promote synthesis.
Among them, the promotion of synthesis of type I collagen, which accounts for about 80% of dermal collagen, is the most important for preventing and improving wrinkles and improving skin elasticity. Type I collagen is completed by first synthesizing a precursor type I procollagen by skin fibroblasts and secreting it out of the cell, and then cleaving both ends of the type I procollagen with an enzyme. . Therefore, promoting the expression level of type I procollagen mRNA gene in dermal skin fibroblasts promotes the synthesis of type I procollagen and leads to the promotion of the synthesis of collagen in the dermis.
L-ascorbic acid and retinoic acid are mentioned as components having an effect of promoting collagen synthesis. Furthermore, as a collagen synthesis promoter more excellent in terms of safety and stability, for example, Patent Document 2 describes a collagen production promoter using an acidic xylo-oligosaccharide having a uronic acid residue in a xylo-oligosaccharide molecule. ing. However, this collagen production promoter may become sticky after use, and sufficient performance is not obtained with respect to skin conformability and the effect of improving makeup. As other collagen synthesis promoters, a water-containing solvent extract of Seddesmus phytoplankton (Patent Document 3), a winged bean extract (Patent Document 4), a daisies extract (Patent Document 5) and the like have been proposed. These, as well as the collagen production promoter of Patent Document 2, have not been able to obtain sufficient performance in terms of skin compatibility, suppression of stickiness after use, and makeup.
In addition, as a component that is said to have an effect of promoting collagen synthesis, a compound represented by the formula (I) in the present invention can be mentioned (Non-patent Document 1). The compound represented by the formula (I) has been recognized to promote the synthesis of type I collagen in vitro, and the effectiveness of anti-wrinkles in clinical trials of skin cosmetics containing the compound represented by the formula (I) And safety is recognized.
However, the skin cosmetics containing the compound represented by the formula (I) have not yet been developed so that sufficient performance can be obtained with respect to the conformability to the skin, the moisturizing effect, and the effect of improving the makeup.
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a skin cosmetic that has good skin adaptability, suppresses stickiness after use, is excellent in a moisturizing effect and a wrinkle suppressing effect, and has a good makeup.
