Claims (20)
- 加熱製造システムであって、ヘリオスタットと、成形型と、を備え、

この少なくとも一つの反射面に接続されたステアリング装置であって、前記少なくとも一つの反射面の少なくとも第1の部分を複数の選択可能な焦点のうち第1の焦点に向けることができる、ステアリング装置と、
制御装置と、
を備え、
前記成形型は前記複数の選択可能な焦点のうち第2の焦点に置かれる、加熱製造システム。 - 前記成形型に接続された圧力制御源を更に備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記成形型に接続された回転機構を更に備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記回転機構は二軸回転機構である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記回転機構は連続回転機構である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記回転機構は回転速度が可変の回転機構である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記回転機構は回転位置選択機構である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 熱遮蔽構造体を更に備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記熱遮蔽構造体は、前記成形型を実質的に包囲する、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 複数の平面反射面または複数の湾曲した反射面のうち少なくとも一つを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記成形型は複数の成形型を備え、これら複数の成形型のそれぞれが前記複数の選択可能な焦点のうち対応する焦点に置かれる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御装置はソフトウェアおよびハードウェアを備え、これらのソフトウェアおよびハードウェアは、
成形型内に成形可能材料を装填するためのコンピュータ実行可能論理と、

複数の平面反射面または複数の湾曲した反射面のうち少なくとも一つと、
選択可能な焦点と、
ステアリング装置と、
制御装置と、
を備える、製造システム。 - 成形型内に成形可能材料を装填する工程と、
ヘリオスタットの焦点に前記成形型を配置する工程と、
反射され集中された放射エネルギーを前記成形型の選択された部分に向ける工程と、
前記成形型の前記選択された部分を前記反射され集中された放射エネルギーで加熱する工程と、
前記ヘリオスタットの前記焦点から前記成形型を移動する工程と、
前記成形型から成形物を取り外す工程と、
を含む製造方法。 - 前記成形型を回転させる工程を更に含む請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記反射され集中された放射エネルギーを前記成形型の前記選択された部分に向ける工程は、選択された時間の間、前記反射され集中された放射エネルギーを前記成形型の選択された部分に向ける工程を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ヘリオスタットの前記焦点から前記成形品を取り外す工程は、前記成形物を冷却する工程を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記成形型の前記選択された部分を前記反射され集中された放射エネルギーで加熱する工程は、前記成形可能材料の一部が結合して前記成形型の内面に層を形成するまで前記成形型の前記選択された部分を加熱する工程を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記成形型を真空にする工程を更に含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
