Abstract
Description
第1の接点は、電池管理モジュールに接続されて、上位レベルの電池に電気的に接続され、または電気負荷に接続され、電池内のセルの容量、または電池内のセルの容量および電池後方のカスケード接続された電池内のセルの容量を上位レベルの電池または電気負荷に報告するように構成され、
第2の接点は、電池管理モジュールに接続されて、下位レベルの電池に電気的に接続され、電池後方のカスケード接続された電池内のセルの容量を受信して、電池後方のカスケード接続された電池内のセルの容量を電池管理モジュールに出力するように構成され、
第3の接点は、上位レベルの電池または電気負荷に接続されて、制御スイッチを開くと、電池内のセルに接続して、電池内のセルを充電するまたは放電するように構成され、
第4の接点は、下位レベルの電池に接続されて、制御スイッチを閉じると、第3の接点に接続して、下位レベルの電池が対応する処理を行うように構成され、
電池管理モジュールは、電池内のセル、第1の接点、第2の接点、および制御スイッチに接続されて、電池内のセルの取得した容量、および/または電池後方のカスケード接続された電池内のセルの取得した容量に従って、制御スイッチの開閉をトリガするように構成される。
第1の接点セットが上部ハウジングに配置され、それぞれ第2の接点、第4の接点、第6の接点、および第8の接点に接続された4つの隆起した金メッキの接点を含み、
第2の接点セットが底部ハウジングに配置され、それぞれ第1の接点、第3の接点、第5の接点、および第7の接点に接続された4つのくぼんだ金メッキの接点を含み、
第1のスライドスロットは、上部ハウジングに配置され、第2のスライドスロットは、底部ハウジングに配置され、第1のスライドスロットおよび第2のスライドスロットは、互いに補完的である。本発明の一実施形態は、上述の少なくとも1つの電池アセンブリを含んだユーザ装置を提供する。

Claims (13)
- 回路基板およびセルを備える電池であって、前記回路基板が、第1の接点と、第2の接点と、第3の接点と、第4の接点と、電池管理モジュールと、制御スイッチとを含み、
前記第1の接点が、前記電池管理モジュールに接続され、上位レベルの電池に電気的に接続されるかまたは電気負荷に接続され、前記電池内の前記セルの容量、または前記電池内の前記セルの前記容量と前記電池後方のカスケード接続された電池内のセルの容量を、前記上位レベルの電池または前記電気負荷に報告するように構成され、
前記第2の接点が、前記電池管理モジュールに接続され、下位レベルの電池に電気的に接続され、前記電池後方の前記カスケード接続された電池内の前記セルの前記容量を受信して、前記電池後方の前記カスケード接続された電池内の前記セルの前記容量を前記電池管理モジュールに出力するように構成され、
前記第3の接点が、前記上位レベルの電池または前記電気負荷に接続されて、前記制御スイッチを開くと、前記電池内の前記セルに接続して、前記電池内の前記セルを充電するまたは放電するように構成され、
前記第4の接点が、前記下位レベルの電池に接続されて、前記制御スイッチを閉じると、前記第3の接点に接続して、前記下位レベルの電池が対応する処理を行うように構成され、
前記電池管理モジュールが、前記電池において前記セル、前記第1の接点、前記第2の接点、および前記制御スイッチに接続され、前記電池内の前記セルの前記取得した容量、および/または前記電池後方の前記カスケード接続された電池内の前記セルの前記取得した容量に従って、前記制御スイッチの開閉をトリガするように構成されたことを特徴とする、
電池。 - 前記電池内の前記セルの前記取得した容量、および/または前記電池後方の前記カスケード接続された電池内の前記セルの前記取得した容量に従って、前記電池管理モジュールによって、前記制御スイッチの開動作を前記トリガすることが、
前記電池管理モジュールがいかなる外部充電電圧も検出しておらず、かつ前記電池内の前記セルの前記容量が第1のプリセット容量以上であると判断するとき、前記制御スイッチの開動作をトリガすること、または、
前記電池管理モジュールが外部充電電圧を検出し、かつ前記電池内の前記セルの前記容量が第2のプリセット容量未満であり、かつ前記電池後方のカスケード接続された電池内のセルの容量が、すべて前記第2のプリセット容量以上であると判断するとき、前記制御スイッチの開動作をトリガすること
を含む、請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記電池内の前記セルの前記取得した容量および/または前記電池後方の前記カスケード接続された電池内の前記セルの前記取得した容量に従って、前記電池管理モジュールによって、前記制御スイッチの閉動作を前記トリガすることが、
前記電池管理モジュールがいかなる外部充電電圧も検出しておらず、かつ前記電池内の前記セルの前記容量が前記第1のプリセット容量以下であると判断し、前記電池後方の前記カスケード接続された電池内の前記セルの前記容量を取得するとき、前記制御スイッチの閉動作をトリガすること、または
前記電池管理モジュールが外部充電電圧を検出しており、かつ前記電池後方の1つまたは複数のカスケード接続された電池内のセルの容量が前記第2のプリセット容量未満であると判断するとき、前記制御スイッチの閉動作をトリガすること
を含む、請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記電池管理モジュールがさらに、外部充電電圧が検出されておらず、かつ前記電池内の前記セルの前記容量が第1のプリセット容量未満であり、かつ前記電池後方の前記カスケード接続された電池内の前記セルの前記容量が取得されないと判断されるとき、前記第1の接点を介して電池切れ信号を出力して、ユーザ装置がシャットダウン動作を行うように構成された、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記電池管理モジュールがさらに、外部充電電圧が検出され、かつ前記電池内の前記セルの前記容量が第2のプリセット容量以上であると判断されるとき、前記第1の接点を介して前記上位レベルの電池に充電完了信号を出力して、前記上位レベルの電池および前記電池を外すように構成され、または
前記電池管理モジュールがさらに、外部充電電圧が検出され、かつ前記電池内の前記セルの前記容量が第2のプリセット容量以上であると判断されるとき、前記第1の接点を介して前記ユーザ装置に前記充電完了信号を出力するように構成された、
請求項1に記載の電池。 - 前記回路基板がさらに、
前記電池管理モジュールに接続され、かつ前記上位レベルの電池に電気的に接続され、前記電池内の前記セルの温度を出力するように構成された、第5の接点と、
前記電池管理モジュールおよび前記第5の接点に接続され、かつ前記下位レベルの電池に電気的に接続され、前記下位レベルの電池内のセルの温度を受信するように構成された、第6の接点と
を備え、
前記電池管理モジュールが、前記セルの前記温度を取得し、それにより前記セルが正常な温度で動作しているかどうかを判断する、

前記第1の接点セットが前記上部ハウジングに配置され、それぞれ第2の接点、第4の接点、第6の接点、および第8の接点に接続された4つの隆起した金メッキの接点を含み、
前記第2の接点セットが前記底部ハウジングに配置され、それぞれ第1の接点、第3の接点、第5の接点、および第7の接点に接続された4つのくぼんだ金メッキの接点を含み、
前記第1のスライドスロットが前記上部ハウジングに配置され、前記第2のスライドスロットが前記底部ハウジングに配置され、前記第1のスライドスロットおよび前記第2のスライドスロットが互いに補完的である、
電池アセンブリ。 - 前記電池アセンブリおよび前記電池アセンブリに接続された下位レベルの電池アセンブリを合わせてロックするように構成されたロックボタンをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の電池アセンブリ。

- 前記第1のスライドスロットと補完的である第3のスライドスロットを有して配置されたリア電池カバーをさらに備える、請求項10に記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記電池アセンブリが、スタッキング接続方式で互いにカスケード接続された、請求項10または11に記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記電池アセンブリが、縦方向接続方式で互いにカスケード接続された、請求項10または11に記載のユーザ装置。
