Claims (18)
- 2以上の単位セルを備えるバッテリセルを製造するように構成されたバッテリセル製造装置であって、
単位セルスタッキングユニットであって、該単位セルスタッキングユニットの中に複数の単位セルが上方から導入されて、前記単位セルスタッキングユニット内において前記複数の単位セルが順次積み重ねられる、単位セルスタッキングユニットと、
前記単位セルスタッキングユニットから送り出された単位セルスタックの表面を分離フィルムで包むラッピングユニットと、
前記単位セルスタックの前記表面を包む前記分離フィルムを熱収縮させる加熱ユニットと、
を備えるバッテリセル製造装置。 - 前記複数の単位セルの各々が、2つ以上の電極プレートが、前記電極プレートの間にセパレータが配置された状態で重ね合わせられる構造となるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記単位セルスタッキングユニットが、上端が開放されていると共に直径が下方向に向かって縮小しているホッパ型の上部分と、前記単位セルスタックに対応する内部寸法を有する下部分と、を備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記単位セルスタッキングユニットの前記下部分に下側送出口が設けられ、前記下側送出口を通って前記単位セルスタックが順次送り出される、請求項3に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記単位セルスタッキングユニットの前記下部分が、前記複数の単位セルの各々の電極プレートよりも大きく、且つ、前記複数の単位セルの各々のセパレータよりも小さい内径を有する、請求項3に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記単位セルスタッキングユニットの前記下部分に、前記複数の単位セルの各々のセパレータを支持するためのステップ突起が設けられている、請求項3に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記ステップ突起が、前記単位セルスタッキングユニットの前記上部分と前記下部分との間の境界位置、前記下部分の特定部位、又は前記下部分の下側送出口の位置に形成されている、請求項6に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記単位セルスタッキングユニットの前記下部分に、排気用の貫通孔が設けられている、請求項3に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記ラッピングユニットが、
前記単位セルスタックの頂面又は底面を前記分離フィルムで包むためのジグと、
前記単位セルスタックの前記頂面又は前記底面が前記ジグによって前記分離フィルムで包まれた状態で、前記単位セルスタックの前記底面又は前記頂面を前記分離フィルムで引き続き包むためのラッピングプレートと、
前記単位セルスタックの前記頂面及び前記底面が前記分離フィルムで包まれた状態で、前記分離フィルムの重ね合された部分を熱溶着させるためのシーリングブロックと、
を備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。 - 前記ジグが、前記単位セルスタックの前記頂面又は前記底面に接触するように構成されたメインジグと、前記単位セルスタックの左側面又は右側面に接触するように構成されたサイドジグと、を備える、請求項9に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記ラッピングプレートが前記サイドジグの反対側の前記単位セルスタックの側方から前記サイドジグの方へ向かって移動することで、前記単位セルスタックが前記分離フィルムで包まれる、請求項10に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記シーリングブロックが前記サイドジグの方へ向かって移動することで、前記分離フィルムの前記重ね合された部分が熱溶着される、請求項10に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記分離フィルムが、ポリプロピレン、ポリプロピレン共重合体、又はポリプロピレン混合物で形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記加熱ユニットが高温チャンバーである、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記分離フィルムが150から180℃の温度で熱収縮される、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 前記単位セルスタックが、コンベアベルトによって前記ラッピングユニットから前記加熱ユニットまで搬送される、請求項1に記載のバッテリセル製造装置。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリセル製造装置を使用して製造されたバッテリセル。
- 前記バッテリセルがリチウム二次バッテリである、請求項17に記載のバッテリセル。
