Claims (10)
- SiO2、Al2O3、P2O5、および少なくとも1つのアルカリ金属酸化物(R2O)を含み、0.75≦[(P2O5(mol%)+R2O(mol%))/M2O3(mol%)]≦1.3であり、M2O3=Al2O3+B2O3であることを特徴とするガラス。

- 前記ガラスのアニール点が、少なくとも約600℃であることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスが、約40から約70mol%のSiO2、0から約28mol%のB2O3、約0から約28mol%のAl2O3、約1から約14mol%のP2O5、および約12から約16mol%R2Oを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- アルミニウムが前記ガラス内に四面体の酸化アルミニウム単位の形で存在し、かつリンが前記ガラス内に四面体の酸化リン単位の形で存在し、さらに前記四面体の酸化アルミニウム単位および四面体の酸化リン単位が、前記ガラス内の四面体のシリカ単位と置き換わることを特徴とする請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- ホウ素が前記ガラス内に四面体の酸化ホウ素単位の形で存在し、かつリンが四面体の酸化リン単位の形で存在し、さらに前記四面体の酸化ホウ素単位および四面体の酸化リン単位が、前記ガラス内の四面体のシリカ単位と置き換わることを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- [(P2O5(mol%)+R2O(mol%))/M2O3(mol%)]=1であることを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- M2O3=Al2O3であることを特徴とする請求項1から8いずれか1項記載のガラス。
- 前記ガラスのモル容積が、少なくとも約32cm3/molであることを特徴とする請求項1から9いずれか1項記載のガラス。
