Description
Claims (14)
- 2つのクリップアームと、前記2つのクリップアームを互いに枢動するように接続する弾性可撓性要素とを含む、特にインプラントとして使用するための外科クリップであって、
前記2つのクリップアームがそれぞれ第1自由端を有し、該第1自由端が、前記クリップが安定位置にある時、前記弾性可撓性要素による所定の閉鎖力にて、互いに対して平行にかつ互いに接触して保持され、
前記クリップアームが、前記自由端の反対側にある、該クリップアームの第2端部にて、前記弾性可撓性要素の壁区域に接続されて保持され、前記壁区域が、前記クリップアームの長手方向に対して略交差方向に配置され、かつ、前記クリップアームの前記第2端部の間で延び、かつ、前記クリップアームの方を向く第1壁部及び前記クリップアームから離れる方を向く第2壁部を有する、
外科クリップにおいて、
前記弾性可撓性要素が、射出成形によりプラスチック材料から作られ、
前記壁区域の前記第1壁部が、前記第2壁部よりも大きい収縮量を備えて作製されること、
を特徴とする外科クリップ。 - 請求項1に記載の外科クリップであって、前記クリップアームが金属材料製であり、前記弾性可撓性要素が、射出成形により、前記クリップアーム上に一体に形成されること、を特徴とする外科クリップ。
- 請求項1に記載の外科クリップであって、前記クリップアームが、プラスチック材料製であり、好ましくは、該クリップアームを射出成形することにより、前記弾性可撓性要素と一部品にして形成されること、を特徴とする外科クリップ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の外科クリップであって、
前記弾性可撓性要素が、前記クリップアームから離れる方を向く側に止め要素を有し、
前記クリップが、前記安定位置から、前記クリップアームの前記自由端が互いから離間される適用位置へ転移される時に、前記止め要素が止めを形成すること、
を特徴とする外科クリップ。 - 請求項4に記載の外科クリップであって、
前記適用位置における前記クリップアームの開口角が、約45°の値に限定されること、を特徴とする外科クリップ。 - 請求項4又は5に記載の外科クリップであって、前記止め要素が、補完的な形態を有するように構成されること、を特徴とする外科クリップ。
- 請求項6に記載の外科クリップであって、前記クリップアームが前記適用位置に転移される時に前記止め要素が横方向に及び/又は軸方向に案内されるよう、補完的形態の前記止め要素が構成されること、を特徴とする外科クリップ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の外科クリップであって、前記クリップアームが、前記適用位置から前記安定位置へ転移される時、最初にその自由端で互いに接触すること、を特徴とする外科クリップ。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の外科クリップであって、前記弾性可撓性要素の前記壁区域が、略中空円筒形輪郭を有すること、を特徴とする外科クリップ。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の外科クリップであって、前記止め要素が、その外面に、ツール用の位置決め要素を有すること、を特徴とする外科クリップ。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の外科クリップであって、前記クリップが、動脈瘤クリップとして、特に脳動脈瘤クリップとして構成されること、を特徴とする外科クリップ。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の外科クリップであって、
前記弾性可撓性要素の前記プラスチック材料、及び、任意で前記クリップアームの前記プラスチック材料が、ポリイミド又はポリエーテルケトン、特にPEEK材料であること、を特徴とする外科クリップ。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の外科クリップであって、
前記弾性可撓性要素の前記プラスチック材料、及び、任意で前記クリップアームの前記プラスチック材料が、吸収性プラスチック材料であること、を特徴とする外科クリップ。 - 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の外科クリップを製造するための方法において、
前記クリップの前記弾性可撓性要素を製造する工程で、溶融液プラスチック材料が金型に供給されて冷却され、
前記プラスチック材料が冷却される際、前記金型が、前記弾性可撓性要素の前記壁区域を形成する領域において、前記第1壁部の側が前記第2壁部の側よりも高い温度にて保持されること、を特徴とする方法。
