Abstract
Description
部分流3.7は、温度約−22〜−29℃(20番フラグ参照)の状態で第2熱交換器17より流出し、次に第1熱交換器11へ直接送られる。第1熱交換器11において、部分流3.7は燃焼排ガス流3から熱を吸収する。部分流3.7は、温度約25℃及び圧力約44barの状態で第1熱交換器より流出するため(21番フラグ)、第2コンプレッサ25の第2圧縮段と第3圧縮段との間に送ることが可能となる。
Claims (14)
- 燃焼排ガスから液体CO2を製造する方法であって、前記燃焼排ガスが少なくとも1つの熱交換器(11,17)及び分離ドラム(19)を備える単段相分離で部分凝縮され、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器(11,17)は、膨張されたオフガス(23)及び膨張された液体CO2(3.3)によって冷却され、前記膨張された液体CO2(3.3)は、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器(11,17)を通過後、追加分離ドラム(33)内で液体CO2及び気体CO2に分離され、前記追加分離ドラム(33)における前記気体CO2(3.4)及び前記液体CO2の第1部分(3.5)が第1圧力レベルまで膨張され(7d’番フラグ)、前記追加分離ドラム(33)における前記液体CO2の第2部分(3.6)の圧力が、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器(17)内の前記CO2を冷却するために第2圧力レベルまで膨張される(7e’番フラグ)、方法。
- 前記第1分離ドラム(33)における前記液体CO2の第4部分(3.7)の圧力が、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器(17)内の前記CO2を冷却するために第4圧力レベルまで上昇されて(7g番フラグ)、膨張される(7h番フラグ)ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記追加分離ドラム(33)における前記液体CO2の第4部分(3.7)の圧力が約40bar〜50bar、好ましくは47barまで上昇される(7h番及び20番フラグ)ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記分離ドラム(19,33)で得た前記CO2の各部分流(3.3,3.6,3.7)は、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器(11,17)内での冷却目的に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記各CO2流(3.3,3.6,3.7)は、それぞれ当該CO2流(3.3,3.6,3.7)の圧力に応じて第2コンプレッサ(25)の異なる段に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼排ガス(3)は、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器(11,17)に流入する前に、第1コンプレッサ(1)で圧縮され、第1冷却器(5)で冷却され及び/又はドライヤー(7)で乾燥されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記最終分離段(21)からの前記オフガス(23)は、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器(11,17)に流入する前に、約27barまで膨張されて、温度が約−54℃となることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器(11,17)を通過後の前記オフガス(23)が、前記少なくとも1つの膨張装置(31,39)で膨張され、次に、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器(17,11)に再度供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記オフガス(23)が、前記少なくとも熱交換器(11,17)を通過後、前記少なくとも1つの膨張装置(31,39)に流入する前に、過熱器(29)で過熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 燃焼排ガスから液体CO2を製造するためのプラントであって、前記燃焼排ガスが少なくとも1つの熱交換器(11,17)、分離ドラム(19,33)、複数の減圧弁(15)及び多段式の第2コンプレッサ(25)において部分凝縮される、プラント。
- 少なくとも1つのCO2ポンプ(37)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のプラント。
- 少なくとも1つの膨張装置(31,39)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10又は11に記載のプラント。
- 少なくとも1つのオフガス過熱器(29)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載のプラント。
- 第1コンプレッサ(1)、第1冷却器及びドライヤー(7)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載のプラント。
