Description
注入器の電磁開口、および
コイルの電気抵抗を測定することにより温度を確定すること
を実施するように設定される電気コイルを有する場合、さらに有益である。
a)注入器付近の還元剤の温度を決定する工程と、
b)温度の関数として還元剤の流動作用を決定する工程と、
c)流動作用の関数として注入器の開口時間を決定する工程と、
d)特定の開口時間の間、注入器を開口する工程と
を含む、方法が提案されている。
注入器における還元剤の圧力、
還元剤の少なくとも1つの化学特性、
還元剤の少なくとも1つの物理特性、および
還元剤の必要量
のうちの少なくとも1つもまた、少なくとも工程b)における流動作用を決定する際に、または工程c)における開口時間を決定する際に考慮に入れられる場合、特に有益である。

Claims (8)
- 還元剤(15)を排気ガス処理装置(4)に供給するための注入器(3)を備え、温度センサ(6)が前記注入器(3)に取り付けられている、還元剤(15)のための投与装置(1)。
- 少なくとも20cm(センチメートル)の長さ(8)を有する還元剤ライン(7)が、送達装置(5)と前記注入器(3)との間に設けられる、請求項1に記載の投与装置(1)。
- 前記注入器(3)が、少なくとも以下の機能:
前記注入器(3)の電磁開口、および
前記コイル(9)の電気抵抗を測定することにより温度を確定すること
を実施するように設定される電気コイル(9)を有する、請求項1または2に記載の投与装置(1)。 - 圧力センサ(21)が前記注入器(3)にさらに設けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の投与装置(1)。
- 排気ガス処理装置(4)に還元剤(15)を投与するための方法であって、前記投与は注入器(3)により行われ、前記方法は、少なくとも以下の工程:
a)前記注入器(3)付近の還元剤(15)の温度を決定する工程と、
b)温度の関数として前記還元剤(15)の流動作用を決定する工程と、
c)前記流動作用の関数として前記注入器(3)の開口時間を決定する工程と、
d)特定の開口時間の間、前記注入器(3)を開口する工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 少なくとも工程b)において前記流動作用を決定する工程または工程c)において前記開口時間を決定する工程は、以下の影響パラメータ(19):
前記注入器(3)における前記還元剤(15)の圧力、
前記還元剤(15)の少なくとも1つの化学特性、
前記還元剤(15)の少なくとも1つの物理特性、および
還元剤の必要量
の少なくとも1つを考慮に入れる、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、前記方法の工程d)の第1の実施と、直接後の前記方法の工程a)の実施との間で少なくとも最小の時間間隔を経過させて複数回反復される、請求項5および6に記載の方法。
- 内燃エンジン(11)と、該内燃エンジン(11)の排気ガスを浄化するための排気ガス処理装置(4)と、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の投与装置(1)と、前記排気ガス処理装置(4)への還元剤(15)の供給を制御するための制御装置(12)とを共に備え、前記制御装置(12)は請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するように設定される、自動車(10)。
