Description

用于排气的后处理的装置
本发明涉及一种用于排气后处理的装置,该装置包括用于将液体添加剂输送出储箱的输送装置、压力传感器、排气管线、从该输送装置引导至该排气管线的输送管线、以及用于将所输送的添加剂引入该排气管线中的喷射装置。
对于最佳的排气后处理,已知的是将添加剂以尽可能准确的剂量方式喷入排气管线中。有待喷射的数量取决于各种参数。除了数量之外,喷射添加剂所使用的压力也是至关重要的,因为喷入排气管线中的添加剂的喷雾模式以及因此排气管线的横截面上的所述添加剂的分配和混合是借助压力来确定的。压力传感器被用于监测压力。为此目的,已知的是将所述压力传感器安排在输送装置上或整合到包括该输送装置的模块中。此处,不利的是,在操作过程中,输送装置产生了通过该压力传感器检测到的压力脉冲。
因此,本发明所基于的目的是提供一种用于排气后处理的装置,该装置尽可能准确地检测在喷射装置处占主导的压力,其中,其旨在尽最大可能地减小或消除干扰影响。
根据本发明,该目的实现在于该压力传感器被安排在该喷射装置上。在将压力传感器安排在喷射装置上的情况下,在对于液体添加剂的最佳喷射是至关重要的点的紧邻区域中对压力进行测量。由于紧邻喷射装置,该压力传感器被液压地刚性地连接至喷射装置。对输送装置的压力脉冲干扰是借助于由此实现的较大空间间隔来消除的。具体地讲,这借助于其中存在的输送管线和流体柱而变得可能,因为阻尼由于流体特征而被实现。现在,迄今为止对压力测量具有不利影响的这个作用由于压力传感器的新安排而以有利的方式而被利用。因此,可以确定喷射器处的压力脉冲。干扰作用几乎被排除。这准许添加剂的剂量数量的迅速修正。最后,包括输送装置的输送模块的构造还被简化。如果输送模块被安排在储箱中,则结构空间同样被减小,由此用于液体添加剂的储箱的可利用的体积增大。
然而,最显著的优点在于以下事实,例如,由于该安排,该喷射装置处的压力脉冲的确定变得可能,因此喷射装置的诊断也变得可能,以便能够对每个喷射过程进行监测。由于通过压力传感器检测到的这些偏差通常较小,因此可以第一时间借助于根据本发明的安排来利用这些偏差以用于诊断目的。为此目的,无故障的喷射装置的压力特征被提前确定。如果在根据本发明的用于排气后处理的装置的操作过程中,压力特征中的偏差上升而超过有待限定的容差,则这可以指示喷射装置的损坏。这种损坏可能是喷射点(添加剂经由该喷射点而喷入排气管线中)处的沉积物。这允许得出关于添加剂被喷入该排气流中所使用的喷雾模式的结论。同样,可以得出关于实际喷射的数量的结论。添加剂数量和喷雾模式对于随后的排气后处理均是至关重要的,因为添加剂在排气中的分配是通过喷雾模式确定的,并且数量确定了排气后处理的程度。
在一个有利的改进中,可以使用很少的支出来实现压力传感器在喷射装置的壳体上的安排。具体地讲,因为修改非常少,所以现有的喷射装置的壳体可以由此继续被利用。
在特别简单的改进中,该喷射装置的壳体具有开口,该压力传感器被插入该开口中。
在另一个改进中,该压力传感器与该喷射装置的壳体是法兰连接的,并且经由该壳体中的开口而存在与该压力传感器的压力连接。
在另一个有利的改进中,保护压力传感器免受环境影响得以实现,在于该压力传感器被安排在该喷射装置的壳体内。

图1示意性地示出了机动车辆中的用于排气后处理的装置。用于液体添加剂(在此情况下,尿素水溶液)的储箱1被安排在机动车辆中。借助于输送装置2,尿素溶液被从储箱1中被抽出,并且经由输送管线3被输送至喷射装置4。喷射装置4被安排在机动车辆的排气管线5上。借助于喷射装置4,尿素溶液被喷入排气管线5中,在该排气管线中,尿素溶液与排气混合。为了以取决于机动车辆运行过程中产生的排气流的方式来将足够数量的尿素溶液提供给排气管线5,尿素溶液必须以特定压力存在于喷射装置4处。压力通常为5巴至7巴。在喷射装置4上安排有压力传感器6,由于直接邻接,该压力传感器被液压地刚性地连接至喷射装置4。如果尿素溶液经由喷射装置4被喷射,则因此引起的压力降通过压力传感器6被直接地且在完整范围上记录。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于排气后处理的装置,该装置包括用于将液体添加剂输送出储箱的输送装置、压力传感器、排气管线、从该输送装置引导至该排气管线的输送管线、以及用于将所输送的添加剂引入该排气管线中的喷射装置,其特征在于,该压力传感器(6)被安排在该喷射装置(4)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该压力传感器(6)被固定到该喷射装置(4)的壳体(7)上。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,该喷射装置(4)的壳体(7)具有开口(8),该压力传感器(6)被插入该开口中。
4.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,该压力传感器(6)与该喷射装置(4)的壳体(7)是法兰连接的,并且经由该壳体(7)中的开口(8)而存在与该压力传感器(6)的压力连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,该压力传感器(6)被安排在该喷射装置(4)的壳体(7)内。
