チーグラー・ナッタ触媒を次のように製造する。
ICPのポリマーの金属分析により測定したMg/Tiモル比が約5.8であるチーグラー・ナッタ触媒を用いてLLDPEを製造する。このLLDPEのゲル欠陥面積は28ppmである。他の樹脂特性とフィルム特性を表1に示す。
実施例4と5は、実施例1と2と同様に製造する。仕上げとペレット化の際に、この樹脂粉末にスリップ剤とアンチブロック剤も加える。実施例4と5のゲル欠陥面積は、それぞれ12ppmと16ppmである。他の樹脂特性とフィルム特性を表1に示す。
比較例6と7は比較例3と同様に製造する。仕上げとペレット化の際に、この樹脂粉末にスリップ剤とアンチブロック剤も加える。比較例6と7のゲル欠陥面積はそれぞれ53ppmと110ppmである。他の樹脂特性とフィルム特性を表1に示す。
Claims (16)
- MgCl2担体と、Ti(IV)錯体と、内部電子供与体としての環状エーテルとを含み、Mg/Tiモル比が7以上であるチーグラー・ナッタ触媒の存在下で、エチレンをC3−10α−オレフィンと共重合させることを含む、ゲル欠陥面積が25ppm以下である線状低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)の製造方法。
- 上記Ti(IV)錯体がTiCl4である請求項1の方法。
- 上記Mg/Tiモル比が10〜100の範囲である請求項1の方法。
- 上記Mg/Tiモル比が10〜50の範囲である請求項1の方法。
- 上記環状エーテルがテトラヒドロフランである請求項1の方法。
- 上記触媒が、2θ回折角が5.0°〜20.0°の範囲で少なくとも3個の主回折ピーク(2θが、7.2±0.2°と11.5±0.2°と14.5±0.2°)を持ち、2θが7.2±0.2°のピークが最も強く、11.5±0.2°のピークの強度が、2θが7.2±0.2°のピークの強度の90%未満であるエックス線回折スペクトルによって特徴付けられることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 上記共重合が気相で行われる請求項1の方法。
- 上記α−オレフィンが、1−ブテンと1−ヘキセン、1−オクテン、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項1の方法。
- 上記ゲル欠陥面積が20ppm以下である請求項1の方法。
- 上記LLDPEの密度が0.910〜0.940g/cm3の範囲であり、メルトインデックス(MI2)が0.1〜10dg/分の範囲である請求項1の方法。
- 上記LLDPEの密度が0.915〜0.935g/cm3の範囲でありMI2が0.5〜8dg/分の範囲である請求項10の方法。
- 請求項1の方法で製造されるLLDPE。
- ゲル欠陥面積が20ppm以下である請求項12のLLDPE。
- 密度が0.910〜0.940g/cm3の範囲であり、MI2が0.1〜10dg/分の範囲である請求項13のLLDPE。
- 請求項12のLLDPEを含むフィルム。
- ゲル欠陥面積が20ppm以下であり、密度が0.910〜0.940g/cm3の範囲であり、MI2が0.1〜10dg/分の範囲である請求項15のフィルム。
